« This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

« Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. »

« This house has a nice layout for sharing with multiple families. Billiards room and pool provide great entertainment and the private beach is at the end of the block. The only real issue we had was the pool wasn’t ready for use when we arrived. Levels were off and it hadn’t been cleaned. Management took care of it after we notified them. We lost a couple days of pool time though. Supplies are skimpy for the price of the house. They only left us with one garbage bag and no additional paper towels...

« Location is 100% on point. We couldn't ask for a better location. The unit is spacious and the beds were comfortable. One parking spot with some parking for visitors. Walking distance to downtown and public beach areas. »

« First off, the unbeatable location: This property is located about 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from the main street and lots of good restaurants. Secondly, the house itself is lovely with great amenities including a fenced-in yard for the pooch and laundry facilities. Last but not least, the owner/host is wonderful, attentive and kind. We (three adults and a GSD) had the best time celebrating a birthday, will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again! »

« Great location! The location was the best part about this place. We were literally 2 miles from everything. The home was very clean. I will say there is an odor of dog pee but it's not over bearing and to be expected when it's pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again. »
