The house was spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed (ample closet space with many hangers was a wonderful plus!). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the space was generous for spending time together (both levels), and the chefs kitchen was a dream to make brunch in. « Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention...

« This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot. »

« The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great. »

« Olga’s place has been amazing! She is a wonderful host and worked with us to be flexible all the questions we had before arrival & with our crazier schedule. The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! « So the house is advertised as 4 bedroom but one of the rooms is an attic room with a trundle bed we didn’t really find suitable for any of our guests during the stay. Minimal furniture and some ant problems in the kitchen The in and out of the house was super nice plus the bathroom situation was great. Did the job sorta for what we needed (someone had to bring an air mattress though) but wouldn’t stay again »

« The house and grounds were perfect for a gathering of siblings and cousins from distant parts of the US. We had not seen each other in many years. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas worked well for an extended-family lunch. »

« This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy! »
