Vacances à Surfer Paradise.
Nous somme arrivés tard le soir et dèja l'hotel par son éclairage avait une apparence très agréable.En ouvrant la porte de l'appartement nous avons été très heureux de découvrir un magnifique appartement,spacieux et agencé de bon gout.Le lendemain aprés une bonne nuit de sommeil ma femme et moi découvrons un très grand balcon donnant sur un front de mer a couper le souffle ainsi que sur l'ensemble piscine, spa pool,aire de détente.Vraiment pour nous qui avons l'habitude des hotel nous n'avons pas étés déçu. Nous recommandons l'Océnana lequel est situé dans l'excellent quartier de Broadbeach. Note: Il est plus commode de louer une voiture pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Donc nous recommandons particulierement

Revenons systématiquement à cet hôtel depuis + de 10ans, à raisons de 1 ou 2 fois par an. Avons essayer d'autres hôtels de même classe, toujours déçu.

2 bedroom ocean view apartment was huge. Bedrooms seperated with living between. Comfortable beds. Nice views. Well equipped.

Beachside position was great, and the room had great ocean views. The room itself was a bit dated and dirty. The Livingroom rug is heavily stained and bed linen is also stained. Supplies for a 5 day stay were light (2 towels, 1 garbage bag etc) TV needed resetting occasionally but if this is all I can complain about overall it was good. The property is clean although a bit dated it is kept in good order. It is in between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach for eating out options so will require a walk if you are eating out.

Oceana on Broadbeach is a wonderful place to stay. It is right on the beach, an amazing beach at that! The condo is spacious, comfortable and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The pools and hot tub are great for families. I would highly recommend this condo!

Whilst none of these things stopped us enjoying our holiday we were a little disappointed with the condition of the room. The ensuite tap leaked all over the bench (did not appear to be a new issue) the circuit breaker for the bedroom outlets kept tripping which makes charging phones etc a problem plus no lamps. No fitted sheets on any of the beds just tucked flat sheets which come off easily.

Arrived to be told air conditioning not working in apartment. Requested a different apartment and again air conditioning not working. When we said we wanted to cancel our booking another apartment with working air conditioning was found. Bed spread on one bed had fresh looking red blood stains on it…bathroom towels were well and truly passed there use by date. No coffee machine in kitchen and very basic equip in kitchen. Plates/cups etc had to be washed before use as they clearly hadn’t been washed before being put back in cupboard - food remnants still on plates and coffee rings in mugs…furnishings very outdated and worn - metal on coffee table rusting…Will never stay here again.

Sorry for your disappointing experience, each apartment service comes with an arrival check where the management team confirms the cleanliness. The apartment is in our superior category which it comes with modern furniture. The guest can report any issue to the reception and we will always try our best to provide solution. Good choice for family vacation
Clean and in very good condition. Cleaning services are not included during the stay. Beds and especially the pillows could be more comfortable. But overall had good and pleasant stay with my spouse .

Even though this apartment is in need of a revamping the outlook and pool area are beautiful. Staff were amazing and will choose to stay there again next year .

Oceana Broadbeach March 2023
What a fantastic place to stay. Overlooking the beach. Surfers and Broadbeach city centers roughly 1KM walk away. The pools are awesome and Lola's café across the road is open very early each morning with wonderful Coffee and food. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Bowls club. Great size apartment and also very clean.

Loved waking up to the sunrise and view! Pool was great for the kids and the location was excellent. Cafe across the road for breakfast. Apartment was brilliant, great size and the balcony was lovely sitting and watching the beach and surfers. Definitely be back!

I don’t really want to tell anyone about Oceana, it’s an absolute secret gem! We had a lovely stay with the most spectacular views in the Gold Coast.

The views from our 6th floor apartment (blue tower) were outstanding and size (over 150m2) was more than enough for most people. The grounds around swimming pool were nice, well maintained and secure with direct access to the beach. Underground carpark was safe and secure. As in most places of that size there were some building/maintenance activities creating noise BUT it is something that needed to be done so all good. The fridge and dishwasher could have some upgrade though as it showed its age.

Great location, accomodation and value
This was our second stay here and won’t be the last. The facilities are terrific, location is great and ample parking. Feels really safe. The cafe, fish & chip and bottle shops over the road make it a super easy holiday - stay in or walk 20 minutes to an abundance of restaurants. I needed to extend my stay by a night and it was simple and easy - the managers were so helpful.

The apartment was great. It would have been made all the better if there were just a few basic essentials in there other than the obligatory tea and coffee. A decent non stop pan would also have been a bonus. It’s the small things that make the difference. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Overall this is a great property with fantastic views over broadbeach and south depending on what floor you are on. Pools are great, one heated and reception friendly. The only thing we would note is that cleaning could be better. We found multiple items under the couches for example and the extensive windows could have done with some work.

We had a great time holidaying with a group of friends. Wonderful view with easy access to the beach. Location was perfect. Not too close to nightlife but still easy to walk to most locations
