Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this split-level 3-bedroom villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to shops, dining, and public transport. Ideal for families, groups, and business travellers, the villa offers a practical layout, on-site facilities such as a pool, gym and sauna, and easy access to major attractions across the Gold Coast.
The Space and Sleeping arrangement This ground-floor split-level villa can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Condition: Some parts of the property (such as flooring) may show signs of wear but remain fully functional. This is a split-level property with internal stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty using stairs. Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist. . Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
