A quelques pas d'une plage magnique
En séjours pour 4 nuits, nous avons prie une suite famiale pour mon mari, mon fils et moi-même. Nous avons apprécié l'espace et les équipements dans l'appartement, le parking sécurisé, le calme, le spa-pool, le coin barbecue et la proximité de la plage. Par contre les batiments mériteraient quelques rénovations.

Whilst our apartment was the right fit for our adult family, the cleanliness could have been better, with clothes left in the washing machine and dryer and a big liquid spill under the lounge which we found when we were cleaning before we left. And the microwave was dirty inside. A big disappointment was the renovation/construction noise in the apartment above from 8am until at least 4pm, lots of drilling, grinding, cutting and banging noises. One day we still heard noise at 5.30pm. When we enquired about the noise we were told that they had been given approval from the committee to do renovations and could only work between 8am and 4pm, which wasn’t ideal when we had booked for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We should have been told about this before we booked as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. Another air conditioner in the sleeping area is needed as the bedrooms are too hot to sleep in at night. The pool and location were great!

We really liked the location and how close it was to very nice restaurants, beach and shops. However we didn't enjoy going up and down the stairs as there's no lifts available and we had the top floor.

The apartment was spacious and the facilities (BBQ, Pool) were very well maintained and clean. The beach is only a 100m walk and great restaurants and shops are close by. The apartment itself was clean but tired, the single beds in one room were actually kids beds and a little short, the carpets were torn in several places and there were blankets and chairs in the wardrobes taking up a lot of the space with signs on them saying "not for guests use". Overall would definitely recommend this place and happily stay there again.

Very clean, lovely gardens. Value for money. Only negative was some issues with lights / ceiling fans not working properly, but didn’t impact our stay dramatically.

Great Place
Check in was nice and easy with secure parking. Apartment, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, was really nice and had a good size (85m2) + balcony with view to the pool and hot tub between all the palmtrees. Less then 2 minute to the beach and to local pubs/restaurants and cafés. Apartment block is in a very quiet street. After 7 nights we decided to stay another 4 nights. It was so nice. They will see us again.

Clean and comfortable
Clean, comfortable apartments, seemingly recently renovated. Friendly managers who are keen to help with any issues, not that we had any requests greater than extra blankets. Good location in a quiet street, just a short walk from Tedder Avenue and tram stop.

Amazing cafe
It was OK for one night. Not better rating due to extra bed and shower (very small) Nice staff, amazing cafe. Nice bistro short walk from the motel for dinner. Would stop here again if on my way

Excellent stress-free stay, helpful staff who accommodated early check in, late check out & additional car parking where possible, quiet & very convenient location, modern fittings in spacious apt. Will definitely book here again!

Main Beach is a terrific area. The people are friendly, the beach itself is wonderful. We were really close to SeaWorld so it was perfect for us and our son. The accommodation was great, spacious, and quiet. Good location close to cafes and the sea. Staff at the reception were friendly and flexible with our change of plans. What a perfect stay for an Australia Day weekend!

Ok for a short stay- byo pillow
We stayed as a family of 4 for a weekend. Room was clean and well maintained. The facilities also looked after and well maintained. Staff were ok, the reception is only manned a few hours over weekend and open till 5 weekdays so you really dont interact with them... there is a good system for check-in and departure for out of hours so you really dont mind lack of presence. The only issue we found was that the low cost furniture was extremely uncomfortable... sofa, chairs and main bed and supercheap pillows. Just meant that it was hard to relax and get good sleep. Tho every room is different so its a bit of a lottery. We would stay again for a weekend but will be bringing own pillows next time and also asking for different room. Location was 10/10 and price was good value so dont mind sacrificing a little bit of creature comfort.

On the money
Enjoyed our stay. Room was as advertised. Couple of minor quibbles in the ensuite shower low pressure and terrible shower head and a knocking bedroom door in the wind. Room was clean and tidy and the complex security was excellent.

Average hotel, not too secure for our family
Great location and pool, but other than that everything just average. we have also requested secure lock to both doors and balcony in our booking form since our young son is a bit challenging and we have no problem in the past to different hotel with this (we visit gold coast annually and the last one was in April 2016). So we were a bit surprised when we arrived there's no deadlock/chain and it was very easy to get out. On our first night, we put our children to sleep at 9 pm and when when I woke up at 1 am and check them out, my son was gone. My heart just drop, we were so panic and we search outside (basement and garden) and after 10 minutes we found him in the dark garden area close to pool area. My son can't swim and not communicative so the only thing that stopping him is a high pool fence. He was just all quiet and shaken up crying in the dark, we don't know how long he's been there. I have to say that was the most terrifying experience in my life. We did raised the issue with the management the next morning and was told that it is fire hazard and they can not do anything. We did not get great sleep there because in the last five nights we were just taking turns to be alert, just in case. Fair to say that this has not been a 'real' holiday where we could truly relax.

Arrived after 10 could only book in at two. Entered room with a horrible smell. One cushion in main bedroom had blood on it. Main bedroom mattress felt like a water bed. Rooms are old. Kitchen is dirty. Wouldn't go again.

Convenient safe location.
Good size rooms and nice surroundings. Internally the rooms could do with a bit of a revamp. The main living room was well air conditioned but the bedrooms were quite hot. Ceiling fans helped, but air con in the bedrooms would have been more comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit had everything you could possibly need for a holiday away from home and was more than spacious with 2 large private decks. One on either side of the apartment. This made holidaying with teenagers feel less cramped and everyone had space to themselves. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, beach and local shops made it very convenient. Especially at night when going for dinner and not wanting to drive or find parking. Seemed like a very safe area and nice and quiet at night. Parking was provided at no extra charge and the staff were helpful in organising wifi.

Tired hotel in need of an interior upgrade.
Disappointed that the advertised air condition installation was only the living room and not the bedrooms. Check-out time at 10am is early and presumably only set to capitalize on a mandated $50 fee to extend to the more normal check-out time at 11am. Television had constant disturbance of the picture quality.

Lovely quiet stay. Close enough to the beach and great shopping to walk everywhere. Apartment and amenities well looked after. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the sept 16 school holidays (family with 3 children 11,9 and 3). Easy after hours check in, room was clean and ready. We had booked a self contained unit and everything we needed for our stay was supplied. Management were friendly, and unobtrusive. Gardens were well maintained and pool,spa and BBQ area were clean and was well used by us.Also found that other guests staying were all extremely friendly and made for some great evenings around the common areas of a night. would highly recommend as a great central family place to stay on the gold coast. Would definitely be returning on our next visit.

Was great stay kids loved the pool!! Only problem I guess was booked a room for 5 and not a lot of room for uncomfortable fold out bed!! LOunge room seating only fit 4 people and grout in ensuite was disgusting I had to wear thongs in shower!!!

Overall the place is great in respect of location and facilities available onsite. Room setups were good but the unit itself was tired and needs refurbishment, no hotwater in 2nd bathroom. So refurbish this unit.

Quiet hotel clean too many "rules"
Quiet apartments, nice ,clean comfy room etc. Until someone was in room above , banging and could hear everything .also kids screaming at 8am. Nice wakeup call.. Charges 50 aud extra if you check out after 10am. Most places allow checkout for least 11am for free after paying several hundred for accom it is a holiday destination. Maybe revise this when off peak months ! Also have to wash and put ALL utensils etc away. Too many rules!

Suitable accommodation for families
This is a nice service apartment close to the beach, sea world and shopping centre. There is a nice bbq area, outdoor spa and pool. The apartment has most of the things you need and the units are spacious. The price is affordable and suitable for families. Take note of checkin after hours. For us we tried to contact using intercom at the facility but no one respond. We had to use own mobile to ring the number provided. Also the room condition is more dated than the photos shown in promotional material so it was a little disappointing to see something less than expected. However, the condition was still adequate. Some items were not provided unless requested such as hairdryer.

A good place for family holiday
Clean, spacious and beautiful place. Free pool, spa and parking. The only flaw is that the washing machine doesn't work. Also no tissues in the kitchen and living room. Overall, it's really a good place for holiday.

Group booking
We recently booked a group of swim competitors in. We found the hotel very well located for the Gold Coast Aquatic center. It was also well located for beach and restaurants. At night it was very quite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
