« Very impressed with room cleanliness, shower head/water pressure and comfortable bed. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, for both food quality and presentation. Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm. »

« The front desk staff member charged my card the full amount when I paid through Expedia and said they would "fix" it, they never did. The room was musty smelling, it had a wet mothball smell in the closet and I couldn't hang my clothing, and the carpet felt damp wherever you walked. There is mold in this room because I couldn't breathe well. There is no proper vent in the bathroom and no conditioner in the bathroom shower container- it definitely wasn't checked by housekeeping prior to arrival....
