*Yard maintenance is scheduled to be performed every Monday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Guests need to provide access to the property, driveway, and porches to yard maintenance crews during this time.

The Livingroom
Two large overstuffed recliners sit facing the picture perfect ocean view. Large leather couch faces opposite direction to enjoy the large flat screen tv and kitchen area. Small breakfast table overlooks the cow pastures.

Kitchen
Large farm style kitchen with tiled counters, stainless steel appliances, gas burning stove. Open space lets you visit with friends and family in the livingroom and watch TV.

Dining Area
Beautiful crafted giant wood slab kitchen island doubles as a family friendly dining table with bar stool seating for 9 or more!

King Frontier Bedroom
Enjoy the wide open spaces and views. King size bed with beautiful ocean view. Two night stands with lamps, dresser, closet and TV. Attached to a full bathroom.

King Stampede Bedroom
King size bed, two nightstands each with a lamp, two sets of dressers with large mirror, closet and attached private bathroom.

Stampede Bathroom
Private bathroom off of Stampede Bedroom. Large spa jet bathtub, toilet, sink, large vanity and storage.

Frontier Bathroom
Full bathroom can be access from both the Frontier Bedroom and the hallway. Large stand up shower, toilet, sink, vanity and mirror.

Queen Pendleton Bedroom
Queen size bed with custom timber and Longhorn cowhide bed frame. Bedside table with lamp and closet. Right next to hallway bathroom.

Hallway Bathroom
Full bathroom with lots of room, large stand up shower, storage closet, toilet, sink and vanity. Located in shared hallway.

The Outback Room
Large open space room, on other side of garage. Ping-pong table, TV and Xbox.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements
Two ottomans/small single fold out cots are available. They are small enough to move to different areas of the house and linens are provided.

Outdoor Spaces
Great outdoor space on the back side of house facing ocean. Large deck and yard in a shared space with the outdoor hottub, all with an amazing ocean view.

Laundry
Washer, Dryer and folding table located in garage. Iron and ironing board available.

Parking
3 vehicle limit. Trailers and pull behinds must get prior approval to make sure the space will accommodate them. One parking space inside garage and two parking spaces in driveway. Extra parking may be available depending on size of vehicles.

We Are Dog Friendly
We do welcome dogs only, no other type of animal. Dogs must have prior approval. Please read over pet rules to make sure they will work for both you and your dog during your stay.
Pet Rules: 1. Additional pet fee of $135 per stay. 2. Pets may not be left alone at house. 3. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. 4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out. 5. Pets must be on a leash and accompanied by owner.
