The family friendly Morning Star Lookout is the dream beach house to escape to the beautiful Oregon Coast. Salt water hot tub, fantastic ocean views and just a few minutes walk to the beach!
Beautifully remodeled with new appliances and furniture throughout. The home is crafted to feel both spacious and intimate. Featuring an open space living room, dining area and kitchen with ocean views, gas fireplace, and loft movie room.
Quiet beach-side neighborhood, just minutes from Gold Beach.

IMPORTANT! There is currently a new house being built next door. The builders are being very respectful of the hours they are operating but there is some building noise during the day.

-Pet friendly. Pets must get prior approval.
-Lots of parking. Trailers and boats must get prior approval.
-No inside garage parking. Converted to game room.
-Accommodates 8 guests.
-Three beds, each in their own bedroom, and two additional fold-out single cots. Bedding provided.

FIRST FLOOR
Main entrance is located on the first floor. Front door leads into large foyer area with a closet and a bench to remove shoes.
Garage area located through foyer area. Garage doors do not open but its a good space to store items and equipment if needed. Foos Ball and Corn Hole games provided.
Laundry room located through foyer area.

SECOND FLOOR
Inside stairs lead from the foyer up to second floor, which is the main living area. Inside stairs are two flights with hand rails and are a bit narrow with no carpeting. Outside stairway leads from driveway onto the deck and sliding door off of kitchen.
Located on second floor: Main living room, kitchen, dining area, all three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

Features a large granite kitchen island with stainless steel sink and 3 bar stools, another separate large granite kitchen counter with coffee bar and 4 bar stools.
Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove top with oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
Also includes cookware, dining ware, glass ware, small selection of spices, crock-pot, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot, electric tea pot, and french press. BBQ located on porch accessed from sliding door off of kitchen.

First Queen Bedroom
Located off of hallway. Queen bed with two night stands, each with their own lamp, area rug, closet, bench and window. Close to Hall Bathroom.

Second Queen Bedroom
Located off of hallway. Queen bed with two night stands, each with their own lamp, area rug, closet, bench and window. Close to Hall Bathroom.

Hall Bathroom
Single sink vanity with mirror and cabinet underneath, stand up shower with glass shower door, towel shelves. hair dryer, and toilet. No hand supports.

Two Fold-out Single Cots
Two fold out single cots with bedding are provided. Located at the ends of each of the king beds.

HOT TUB
New Hot Springs salt water hot tub. Seats 4 comfortably. Privacy walls. Located on ground level at the side of house, please see pictures. We ask guest to follow posted rules and not to use after quiet hours of 10:00 pm.

THIRD FLOOR MOVIE ROOM
Located in loft, accessed by a narrow spiral stair case.
Huge, plush sectional couch, coffee table, area rug, Smart TV with Roku, cable, sound bar and floor fan.

OCEAN VIEW DECK
Perfect for watching the sunset behind glass enclosed deck hand rails to help keep the wind a bay. Lovely ocean view over the coast trees, peaking between the beach homes. 4 Large Adirondack beach chairs, gas deck fire-pit, and BBQ.

BEACH ACCESS!
The beach is just a couple minutes walk from the house. There are two public beach paths accessed from the road. A beach map is provided.

WASHER/DRYER
Washer and dryer are located in laundry room on 1st floor.

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY!
PET RULES: DOGS ONLY. 2 DOG MAX. ONLY DOGS UNDER 50 POUNDS. Dogs MUST have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules.
1. Additional pet fee of $135 per stay.
2. Dogs may not be left at house alone.
3. Dogs are not allowed on ANY of the furniture.
4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out.
5. Dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owner.

PARKING
Lots of parking! The driveway is large enough to park a boat on a trailer or a small RV (NO HOOKUPS). Guests are not allowed to stay in RV during their stay. Trailers, tow-behinds and RV’s must be approved by host before reserving. There is no inside garage parking.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is on the north end of Gold Beach, perfectly located just out of town, but an easy 5 minute drive to the Port of Gold Beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping. The home is located in a quiet and safe beach-side neighborhood.

PROPERTY SETTING
The Morning Star Lookout is a single family home on its own property lot. Guests get the entire home to themselves during their stay. There are neighbors that we ask guests to be respectful of during their stay.

INTERNET/WIFI/CELL PHONE COVERAGE/ELECTRICITY
The home provides excellent internet and WIFI for guests during their stay. Most guests' cell phone carriers get full reception. Guests should be aware that the issues related to the coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, power and cell phone reception that are outside of the host's control.
