All guests who book for longer than 7 days are required to have the Host's Cleaner attend the property once every 14 days to clean the apartment for 2 hours for £38 and is payable to the Host. The cleaning fee paid in advance for end of stay is payable in any event.

If 3 people are staying there is an extra £50 charge per night. If two people want to stay and use both the bed and sofa bed there is a surcharge of £30 for the stay per week. The guest must notify the host in advance of requiring use of the sofa bed in addition to the double bed otherwise no bedding will be provided for sofa bed.

The aircon must be switched off when you leave otherwise there is a surcharge of £100.
