« Staff were lovely.
Room very dated, mattress so old it's like sleeping straight on the bed base, had to sleep on half the duvet just for a bit of softness.
Window didn't close properly.
Loose wires coming out of the wall.

« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable.
