Not recommending it for family

Un séjour horrible, lavabo de salle de bain, plein d'enduits de trucs de travaux collées dessus. Table de chevet cassee porte de salle de bain ne se ferme pas cassee en deux non vraiment pubs mensongères. Hotel delabrer petit dejeuner il te rapporte 3 menu proposer rizn de plus preparer a larriere rapporter sur des plateau hlrrible non franchement pas du tout ca je perd confiance en hotel.com

Staff were friendly. Building works going on, so not as clean as usual in main hall way. The stairs are wooden, so it was noisy at night when other visitors came in. The doors do not close softly, so this was noisy until midnight. Free parking with plenty of spaces available was very helpful, as parking in the area is residential. Room was compact (as advised in advert) but limited hanging space. Tea, coffee, milk and loo paper not replenished daily. Fridge was at ground level and hard to open at base of bed. TV did not work. Radiator heating could not be turned down, or off, so room very hot requiring window left open (so noise pollution as near to student accommodation) Bathroom tap kept coming off. The bathroom needs a new towel radiator or hanging rail that is off the ground for the large towels - these had to be hung over the shower and there was no hanging hook in the bathroom for clothing, only a windowsill. Though the window was frosted, it did need a blind for privacy as the room is overlooked and visible when light on at night. Hoping this constructive feedback helps the hotel to improve the room.
