Loved this property, only stayed for 1 night but it was perfect for what we needed/wanted. Super comfortable, warm, clean, easy to find and surrounded by nature.

This is a great option for quickly getting on the slopes in the morning. The price is just right for what you get. It's a self service property, but the hosts were very responsive over text.

I thought the property was great. Quiet. The owners text me to ensure everything was great which was a huge plus for me. The room was bigger than expected and the living room area was separate from the bedroom area. The comforter was soft and warm. Great overall experience.

The property is very cozy and nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens cozy. The location is great and conveniently located to many attractions. It was a very easy process to check in and use the app based key. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was very uncomfortable, we had booked 2 nights but could NOT stay the second night and will NEVER book there again.

Stayed in "The Bungalow." Like a home away from home. Comfy beds, full kitchen, short walk to edge of the river, lovely "back yard" and our own chimenea! Highly recommend.

Our room #4 was spacious and welcoming. The bathroom is challenging for any things you would normally put on a counter around the sink cause there is none. But overall we were very pleased with a comfortable bed, space to do yoga and stretching. Beds are my biggest concern and these were great!

At first it was hard to understand what room it was. Had to download the one key app to realize which number. It was easy in and an even easier out. Don’t have to checkout. Just clean up and you’re all set to leave. Would love to stay up here again. Definitely the nicest inn around the area

The room was clean and spacious. There was a family next door with a few rambunctious kid, but we never heard them inside the room! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend wedding. I previously lived in this area and had never heard of this place. It is well appointed, spacious, well-equipped, owner responds quickly to questions. Very little road noise. We both slept like small children. Either of us would stay here again for future events.

This property was everything you could ask for! The rooms are updated and clean, just a short walk to the River, the playground, fire pits, even a heated pool! My family enjoyed our time spent here for our annual birthday trip! 10/10 recommend!!

This property is right near Storyland. There is a little playground in the back as well as the Saco. The staff replied immediately about any questions I had. The pool had a safe gate around it and the property is pet friendly. The kitchen had everything I needed such as tools, trash bags, dish soap, as well as a small oven, diswasher, fridge, and more. The beds including the pullout couch (we had 7 people) was comfortable.

It is conveniently located near Mount Washington for those looking for adventure. Shops and restaurants are also in close driving distance! The decor was fantastic, giving a comfortable and cozy feel!

This was an impromptu stay in leu of the campground we had scheduled as we had been getting rained out for a week on our tent camping trip and need a dry place to stay for a bit. We had some issues with the app that unlocks the doors. I found the system to be inconvenient, especially since the door to the room was nearly impossible to open and close due to humidity and paint. This is an old motel that’s been flip-style remodeled. It smelled musty, especially the bedroom, but I do have a strong sense of smell and that might not be a problem for everyone. The owner was kind and helpful but there aren’t employees always at a front desk. You need to call his cell if you have an issue and he’s not there. It worked out fine for us but it could have been a pain in one circumstance. I would recommend to the owner to include a broom in the rooms since the floors are wood floors and after a day or so stuff was constantly sticking to my bare feet. The only other gripes are that the toilet is very tall (bring a travel squatty or bucket if you can’t do 2 half standing up) and the pillows are way too big and firm. I had to use my little camping pillow instead. Otherwise everything was nice.

Great, Easy, Stay.
Room was clean and up to date. Beds were comfy. Like the electronic key part. We had the Deluxe Suite I think with two queens and a sofa. The room was a bit tight but manageable. AC may be a little small on a really hot summer day. Looks like only one parking spot which could be an issue on busy days. They graciously allowed us to check in early. I highly recommend!

Cute cabin feel to the rooms, clean. It was really cool that the property used virtual keys downloaded to your phone, really simplified check in and check out.

Hosts communicated well. Clean! Very clean! Great spot for the cost. If I had to mention anything it would be that when the heat kicked on or off, it made a loud sound, enough to wake me up. Could have just been my unit. I would stay there again! Cozy with plenty of room and storage. Location is great!
