« This is a simple studio in a good location -- about a mile from front street and in walking distance to a couple of good sandwich shops and a grocery store. Parking is inside a garage. It is below another unit and there can be noise from above but that was not a big deal. »

« Great location near downtown. We were able to easily bike to trails as well. Nice, large rooms with open floor plan. Parking was convenient onsite and there was also plenty of street parking.The only suggestion we have is replacing the L-shaped couch in the living room with something more comfortable. The current couch is small/narrow and without much cushioning. »

« At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. « This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year. »

« If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Traverse City this condo will not disappoint! It is clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable as was all of the furniture. We loved the floorplan as it offered a spacious feeling that never felt crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with appliances and tools to make breakfast, or even a small meal! We look forward to a return visit! »

« We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay. »

« The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again. »
