Hôtel sympa, matelas horrible
L'hôtel est beau, le restaurant/bar également. Bien situé en centre ville de Glasgow. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, en revanche les lits étaient horribles. Il s'agissait de matelas à priori assez anciens recouverts de surmatelas. Le résultat était quelque chose de trop dur qui se creusait au milieu. J'ai eu des douleurs et n'ai pas pu dormir correctement (embêtant à ce prix). On entend également assez les bruits de la rue ainsi que d'aération (malgré que j'ai coupé la clim).

Not really an IBIS 'Style'
We regularly book IBIS Style hotels when we travel so we are familiar with the brand proposition. This hotel falls short of the 'brand promise' and is only really a 'normal' ibis. The rooms are quite plain and ours was a long 'corridor' shape with minimal furnishings so not what we expected from IBIS style. The lobby is more in keeping with the 'look' you'd expect but we did not spend much time there....

Great value
Nice hotel, great value ! We've spent 3 nights there and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice, location is top, especially if you arrive in Glasgow by plane. Would come back for sure.

Property is sort of in the middle of everything. You will need to train or bus to get to most major attractions but in a great spot. Also airport shuttle the pink 500 buss drops you basically behind the hotel and when your trip is done picks you up across the street very handy.

The hotel was ina good located for walking around downtown Glasgow. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great!

The front desk team Specially Max was so humble,nice and very helpful person. Room was clean but i dont like the twin bed size.it was so high. Max was a gem person, always ready to help even gave us a direction to the best spot in a city. Staff even call a taxi early in the morning for airport and packed some snaks for me as well. I will definitely recommend thus hotel, near to the Grassmarket too.

The room, a room equipped for the disabled, was pitch black and more reminiscent of a cellar vault. There was only a small frosted window in the upper third of the wall. Furthermore, the window could not be opened. Never again!

I loved that I could walk the downtown area from my hotel, added bonus, car rentals were right across the street. I had two meals at the hotel, good quality food served hot!

Nice hotel. Great theme and location. Rooms and lobby cold Bar staff don’t know how to make cocktails so had to change drinks selection Breakfast buffet had run out of bacon,egg&sausage. Had to prompt staff member to refill as it was not being monitored.
