Hotel en banlieue éloignée de Glasgow, d'apparence très moyenne. Les chambres sont ok, mais les parties communes laissent à désirer, en mauvais état et cela ne sentait pas particulièrement bon. Le jour de mon séjour, le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas du tout.

Hôtel room was clean but the fittings and furnishings (carpets) are old and extremely worn. Window handles and curtain rings broken. Television worked sometimes. Terrible smell in the bathroom (drains) with no ventilation. Appreciated the access to tea and coffee with kettle in the room.

It was very good experience. I booked two rooms and we had a lovely time. The caroets overall are old, there was no phone in the room, and there was no water to make tea. But water was provided immediatly when i asked. Staff was super helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Toilet were very clean, Tv was wirking in the room... it added more entertainment. Car parking was free. Overall experience was very good

We have stayed here a few times. It is always clean and comfortable. Very convenient when travelling north or south. The nearby Red Deer is great for food and drink. Yes, it's a little tired, but it's a "budget" hotel. The staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.

The staff were very nice and the bed was clean and comfortable. Beyond that, the room was quite shabby. The TV remote was gone and the carpet was stained and worn, with bleach spots. The room smelled greasy, like dirty hair, and the curtains did not quite cover the windows. Overall the building needs a complete overhaul, deep clean and new carpets.

Excellent value and friendly service
Super service and value . Chosen for proximity to friends house but 2nd time staying and really pleased . Two small issues that didn’t effect our stay 1 There is no automatic room service for towels and bin emptying . I’m sure if we’d asked they would have obliged . 2. There was a nasty drain smell in the foyer and top corridor .

Lits of noisy neighbours banging about and running car engines at 4am. Best pick a back room well away from the car park. Pleasant staff, comfy bed, maintenance poor. Breakfast was fine and after all is said and done you get what you pay for. Good price for a pit stop. Great meal at Red Deer opposite.

The staff were excellent. The lady on duty when we arrived went out of her way to help us. I usually stay at a travelodge or the like when going to the North of Scotland but it will be the Ibis from now on. Value for money and a good pub on site too.

This hotel was such a pleasant refuge after spending hours on the motorway in the rain. The staff was very pleasant and check in was easy. It was simple to find the hotel as it was right off the M80 and very convenient. The room was clean, very quiet, and had all necessary conveniences. And an excellent value for the price.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay after a long trek the lady in reception was very nice and welcoming room maybe could do with a bit of updating and a slightly bigger bed but other than that it was ok for a one night stay and reasonably priced for one night

What did we like? Houston's next door!!! We made a reservation for the next night before we were even done eating on our first night. What didn't we like? Things like the carpeting were very dated and very worn.

Entire bathroom broken; but nice desk service
Upon arrival, we found the toilet did not flush. Then, I was looking forward to a nice shower. However, I quickly realized that the shower did not drain. Then I tried to wash my hair in the sink, and quickly found the sink did not drain either. Frustrated, I went to sleep, and found the bed to not be too terrible, so that was nice. Upon leaving, we informed the staff of the bathroom atrocities, and they were extremely helpful, giving us the email to the manager to explain our troubles.
