Clean, good location, confusing entrance regulations - you need to press the buzzer every time you enter and leave the key at the reception.

Pratique
Super emplacement à pied en ville et 15 minutes de l aéroport. Accueil très efficace pour renseignements et réservation d un taxi. Je le recommande.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Chambre de bon rapport qualité prix, bien que la salle de bain soit petit, on n'y rentre pas à deux. Nous nous sommes pas très loin du centre ville, la vente à la réception des tickets de parking pour une somme peu onéreuse est un plus.

Séjour réalisé dans le cadre du championnat mondial de gymnastique. Visite de la ville et de ses musées. Ville festive et très jeune !

The hotel is very bad. We made the reservation one day before and they haden't booked our room. Our bathroom was disgusting with lots of decay every where and smelled very bad.

HORRIBLE - Forget it
Bedroom in bad conditions, mod in the bathroom, very old building... Cleanliness is lacking => especially in the kitchen and breakfast room. I advice you do not take a cooked breakfast !!! The staff is not pleasant.

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux tout à fait correct? La chambre était correcte également mais le lit plutôt bruyant d'un côté. Le point noir vient de l'insonorisation du couloir quasi nulle.

Les + : - Petit déjeuner offert et assez bon - Wifi gratuit - Bon emplacement - Lits assez confortables - Personnel parfois sympathique. - Lavabos et théière avec thé dans la chambre. Les - : - Vous partagez toilettes et douches avec l'étage entier ! Très désagréable. - La propreté en général. Tout sent la poussière. - Le bâtiment tombe un peu en ruine... - Personnel parfois très distant... - Le système de clés qui n'est pas très sécurisé (ne laissez pas de valeurs!) et qui peut vous enfermer hors de votre chambre si vous l'oubliez. - Les murs sont fins comme des crêpes. On entend tout. - Les lumières LED des chambres sont dignes d'une salle d'opération... - La douche est très capricieuse avec l'eau chaude. - Ma chambre avait un plafond en diagonale, je me suis cogné plus d'une fois. En bref : ce n'est pas cher mais vous avez le service minimum. J'ai toléré seulement car j'étais seul et pour le travail. A éviter absolument en vacances et/ou en couple.

I was at this hotel for about 15 minutes and realized I couldn't stay. Whatever they were using to clean made my eyes water, I was sneezing, and I could taste it in my throat. Unfortunately, they had already charged my credit card and said it was non - refundable. Even tho it was a severe irritant to me, they would not refund any of my money. Do not recommend.

Noticed small amounts of black mold on skirting boards in the bathroom. Also, small black mold on the grouting wall tile section right next to the shower.

Considering I paid such an over inflated price for my room for one night, the first game I had to play on entering my room was 'is it blood or ketchup' that was staining the top of the chest of drawers. I also had to play 'dodge the stray hair' while in the small shower' which was hanging off a broken soap tray. I understand the hotel was busy (I wouldn't have booked it if there had been more choice in Glasgow for the night I needed) but at double what I paid for a suite in the Strand Palace Hotel London some years ago (I know!!!, but I needed to stay in Glasgow on that one date and everywhere else was fully booked), they could have at least made sure the room was clean in advance. If I had paid a price reflecting on the quality of the accommodation (i.e. an awful lot less) I would have been more accepting of the situation... The staff were very apologetic the next day but they had my money and I just wanted to get out.

Nice hotel
A nice hotel. Shops and bus service nearby. Some steps to climb to go up to the front door though and also inside to the rooms but my suitcase was carried upstairs for me by the receptionist - very helpful.

You get what you pay for, I guess..
Good location. Very small room, bathroom as well. Could hear everything on the corridor. Croissant at the breakfast table were out of date by a week.

Avoid property. We had a guest stay and this is the feed back. • Very small room, no room to open his suitcase. • The room had a bad smell. • No water pressure in the shower. • Had to climb of the toilet to get to shower. • Everything was falling apart in the building They guest was due to stay for 4 nights and only stayed 1. The hotel have ignored all emails complaining about the hotel. We request as refund for the 3 nights they didn't stay and this has also been ignored. This was due Cop26 so I am sure they re sold the room.

Hotellet ligger centralt. Dog tæt på en ringvej. Super flinke mennesker, der driver stedet. Leder man efter et overnatningssted, der er billigt i Glasgow, er dette et godt sted. Man kan naturligvis ikke forvente fem stjernet luksus, men der er pænt og rent.

I stayed there for COP 26. The room was ok, comfortable and clean. I thought it was very expensive for the condition of the property. The breakfast was acceptable.

Not what it seems or says on the tin!
Due to weather conditions our travel arrangements were cancelled and required immediate accommodation. It was very disappointing, didn't look clean, was dated and when asked about breakfast was a told 'he could do it for £40!! The room was an immediate shock to the system and also the fact you shared a toilet and shower with 4/5 other rooms. The room was cold, bedding stained! My daughter was in tears. We left (never intending staying) and managed to get in at an Ibis for £10 more inc. breakfast. Well appointed room, warm, comfortable and clean. It was more like a DSS/Benefits bed sit and well over priced for what it offers. DO NOT GO! You have been warned.
