L’hébergement comme tel était parfait. par contre, en plus ne pas obtenir ou me voir offrir un avantage VIP, l’employé de la réception le matin du checking out m’a répondu que le Check out était à 11h00 après que je lui ai demandé si on pouvait garder la chambre jusqu’à midi. Il n’a même pas vérifié les disponibilités, sa réponse était prête,,,nous étions vraiment déçu

We are so pleased that you enjoyed the hotel!Our guests who are VIPs receive two drinks tokens on check-in, we are sorry that this wasn't made clear to you. The one of the first thing our team do when they begin working in the morning is to assess how many late check-outs we have, and how many we have left to offer. This is likely the reason that our team member was able to tell you that we had none available as we had already extended too many late check-outs to others who booked directly and VIPs. If you do come back and stay with us again, please do enquire about this on check-in, while letting us know this was your experience before. We do hope to see you back again in the future. Très bel hôtel, bien situé pour visiter la ville , chambre spacieuse , bien décorée , très confortable, pas de nuisance sonore, parking Q park situé à 50 m de l'hôtel parfait mais cher malgré la réduction accordée par l'hotel (19 GBP pour 24 h environ ).

Great place for city walking. While there is parking nearby (do contact property ahead of time if you need to park to get discount) be aware that you are competing for space even temporary parking to drop off luggage. The hotel does not provide dinner service. Make sure to book a restaurant nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt have to use vehicle for entire duration of stay as location was perfect for walking to cathedral and other sights.

First experience at Apex. Loved it! Great location for tourists. Very clean, super easy check in and check out. The most notably remarkable bath towels. Even got a bag of what looked like home made butter tablets on check in. Absolute heaven. Highly recommend, and that's coming from a hotel snob.

Within east distance of buses and trains. Extremely convenient. Great food and drinks close by, Buck’s Bar is excellent if you aren’t worried about your calories.

Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. The windows did not open and was warm when we first came in. It took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was a bit costly but ok.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great time and the staff were so lovely and sweet. We did notice that there weren’t any cameras throughout the building or on the elevators which was kind of weird for such a nice hotel. The AC in our room wasn’t working well either, we couldn’t change the temperature and it stayed on 19°C which was just too cold for us for it to be left on throughout the night. The location of the hotel was perfect, everything you need is in walking distance from shopping malls to amazing restaurants, clubs and convenience stores.

The hotel was fabulous, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and accommodating. Nice bonus is the dining area has free tea and coffee and fresh milk. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the city. We can’t fault this hotel and would definitely look at staying at an Apex hotel again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room itself was spacious, clean, good sized tv and had a ironing board and hair dryer for my good lady, freshly cooked breakfast with a good selection of other choices was really nice Area was nice and central with multi-storey parking right next door Staff were really pleasant and helpful Dinner not offered but loads of eateries near the hotel so not an issue Would stay again
