« Our room was supposed to be a deluxe double with a sea view, it was very small, only one armchair, nowhere to put your suitcase, no drawer unit to put your clothes, shower room small, with a shower base which looked chipped, no heated towel rail, my wife couldn’t see in the shower room mirror, it was too high, shower room was cold, nowhere to put your soap bag, at £435 per night, it wasn’t good enough, the breakfast was good, we had no hot water the first day, we were booked for four nights and...

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom.
The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying.
Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening.
Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality.
