A proximité du centre mais dans un environnement calme. Très bel hôtel, moderne et plein de charme. Déco soignée. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec grand placard. Jolie salle de bain. Produits de toilette à disposition et eau gratuite. Petit déjeuner varié servi au bord de la piscine. Service irréprochable, personnel au petit soin. Mise à disposition gratuite de vélo pour faire le tour de l’ile.

Service irréprochable
Notre séjour dans cet hotel a été des plus agréables. La chambre était spacieuse, équipée de la clim, coffre-fort, le lit confortable. Bref, rien à redire. Le personnel était très avenant et de bon conseil. Le fait que l'hotel soit en retrait et non pas directement en bord de plage apporte du calme, tout en restant proche des animation si besoin est. Si nous devions retourner sur Gili Trawangan, nous retournerions très probablement dans cet hotel.

Hotel agreable et tres calme. Un oasis dans un environnement quelque peu desordre, a l'ecart de l'animation. Des velos sont mis gratuitement a la disposition des clients. Le personnel est tres a l'ecoute , mais service du petit-dejeuner un peu lent. Le confort de la chambre pourrait etre ameliore a savoir plus de serviettes de toilette (une seule serviette par personne), pas de haut miroir, peu de cintres.

Hotel idéal pour séjour en amoureux
Hôtel très sympa, au calme, loin de l'agitation de la vie nocturne de l'ile. Le petit plus l'appel à la prière de la mosquée qui est à côté et rappelle que cette ile magique est musulmane. De plus l'hôtel met à disposition des vélos pour se déplacer sur l'ile, très pratique. Hotel idéalement situé... foncez!

We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. Not anything to do with the property itself, but we do recommend going the route with paved roads when you're wheeling your luggage over on arrival.

Great villa, beautiful out door bathroom. My suit case broke on the ferry to the island the staff found me a new one and brought it to the hotel.

Very nice place to stay, it is a bit of a walk (10mins) to the main strip but is on a main ally so if you are on that side can be a bit noisy. Room spacious, but bed a bit hard and air con struggled a bit. Staff amazing and breakfast great. For price would recommend. Beautiful pool.

A hidden jewel with very comfortable rooms
Very quaint resort with 10 rooms. Rooms are generous size with very comfortable beds. Open air bathrooms add a nice refreshing feeling. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. It is a more quiet neighborhood but very walkable to the center of town in less than 10 minutes.

No more desirable, perfect place for our 4family
Just after we 4 family arrived Gili hibour and asked where the Nero Villa is. Most of people inform the location and easily arrived this charming resort. All staff was nice and kind with fluent English, and room was clean and nesty Espially food we had morning and dinner was perfect!! Bike, dive, beach, jogging, pepole, sunrising and sunset,,,etc iin Gili was no more desirable

Great location off the strip away from the noise but not far enough away it’s a trek. Nice welcoming drinks, Pool is lovely and the use of free bikes is excellent. Staff are excellent particularly Joe and Danny. Nothing to much trouble and happy to share knowledge to. Room is nice and outdoor shower is lovely. Breakfast is fresh and made to order, lots of choice, a great start to each day. Hard to fault, only slight issue was air-con is slightly noisy and the odd horse taxi passing is a bit loud first thing in the morning. Otherwise hard to fault. Was a great stay and would happily stay again.

Perfect Honeymoon Resort!
Gorgeous property, convenient yet quiet location, excellent customer service, beautiful pool area, nice breakfast, outrageous outdoor bathroom! The entire bathroom (yes including the toilet) is outside and it’s amazing! The free guest bikes are really helpful to get around and easy to use! We loved it so much we even recommended to a friend who was in Bali and he flew in to join us! Really friendly staff, absolutely perfect experience, thank you!!

Villa Nero is great. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers free bicycles which we enjoyed using to explore the island. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a chill spot on the island. Mostly couples and families.

숙소는 좋습니다. 항구에서 멀지 않아서 걸어서 가는거 어렵지 않지만 캐리어 가지고 오셨다면 길이 좋지 않아 바퀴 나갈수 있으니 조심하세요. 직원분들 친절하시고 조용하고 깔끔합니다. 모스크와 가까워서 기도문 엄청 크거 들리지만 계속 들으면 면역이 되어서 시끄러운것도 넓은 아량으로 바줄수있겠더라구요. 조식 아낌없이 주시는점 너무 좋았어요 :-) 라임쥬스 진짜 맛있어요. 꼭 많이 드세요. 저희는 공항까지 샌딩서비스 받았는데 완전 좋아요. 샌딩서비스 받아보시면 빌라네로에 반하실꺼예요♡

We are Canadians and would rate this Villa about 3.5 stars on a North American scale in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and service. This villa is beautiful! It's nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main walking street, but only a short walk or shorter bicycle ride away! The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We had a great time in Gili T and a wonderful 2-night stay at Villa Nero. Thank you for your hospitality!

Ett jättefint hotell med supertrevlig personal. Vår toalett krånglade första dagen och de ordnade så att vi fick ett nytt rum direkt. Låg ungefär 5minuter ifrån stranden. Fanns även cyklar att låna gratis.

Great quiet location
Great location, behind main area so was very peaceful and quiet. Rooms were clean. Free bikes are a definite bonus as required to get around Island. Make sure you grab a horse and cart from beach on arrival as it’s a bit of a walk. Horse and cart was about 100’000 IDR, $10 AUD

Great location only max 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of choices for breakfast. All staff very welcoming and helpful. They had bikes for hire at no extra cost which was a nice touch.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at Villa Nero. In particular the staff were amazing. So helpful and nice. Booked all our travel for us. Breakfast was great. The rooms were fantastic and spacious. Bathrooms were semi outside. Overall highly recommended.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
Where should I begin with? This is actually my second visit for this hotel less than 1 year ago and I highly recommend this hotel to those who want some private and relax place to chill after a busy working life! As you can see in their photos, nice plant decoration and the overall sceneray just on point ! Room was quite big, however the room we checked-in there was some odor in the pillow so we request to change another one and they did changed it for us. Shower area was a bit old and seems dirty but it was okay for me. Maybe a slight improvement could be better. Breakfast was good ! We got a free dinner for our booking and the dinner was superb excellent ! We stayed for 3 nights here and we had our dinner here for 2 nights because it is literally nothing special to take our dinner outside. Actually the island was quite dirty and not well maintained by the government so..we just relax and rest in our hotel and its so cool and chilled. Overall, this is the BEST HOTEL you can find in GIli Trawangan !

From the moment we entered the villa we felt like all our needs are meant. The staff when beyond they duties for us and I saw it was for all customers which was amazing to see. This is by far the best hotel on the island and the staff are world class!!! Food is excellent and we used their service to get to Lombok and what can I say!! WOW!! Brilliant
Great hospitality and friendly welcoming staff and management. Location back from the main beach road so quiet but easy walking distance and bicycles provided for cycling around the island. Rooms & bathroom very clean. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Extended stay as enjoyed location and hotel service.

Lovely place, perfect for couples!
Staff were fantastic, always willing to go the extra mile! Nice and clean and well looked after, I would stay there again without a hesitation. The air con could be a little better but I'm sure it was the same everywhere on the island.

Great hotel
Stayed here for part of our 1st wedding anniversary holiday. Great staff, everyone we met was happy and so helpful, best staff experience I have ever experienced - nothing is too much trouble for the team here. Great breakfast, fresh fruit juices and coffee by the pool. Free bicycle hire is another bonus and we took full advantage taking the bikes out everyday. More of a couples hotel. Great location if you want to be by the main strip of bars and restaurants - about a 5 minute walk, or 30 minute bike ride to the other side of the island where you can watch the sunset. Have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Villa Nero
