Perhaps the north or centre of the island would be more suitable for you on your next visit to the island. We hope that you had a great time regardless. Thanks again.

Thank you for your review. Great to read you loved our hotel.My apologies if the mosque has caused any issues. Gili islands are part of Lombok and the mosque is a very important part of the culture here. We email all guests before arrival about the prayers. Light sleepers can best bring some ear plugs as the mosque is hard to avoid on the island.We hope you had a great rest of your stay!

Hi Kristoffer,Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! It was a pleasure having you and great you stayed with us for a while.My apologies for any inconvenience regarding the electricity. We did had an afternoon without power. The island experienced a couple power cuts during that week. We have a back up generator that takes kicks in as soon as the power is down, but it a couple minutes to start up fully. However, due to the many cuts, one of the cables broke and had to be replaced on your room side or the resort. This unfortunately meant we were not able to start the gen set and that afternoon was a short period without power. My apologies again for this!It was great having you and we hope to see you back again!Regards,Esther

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. Amazing that you loved our location - we are so lucky to be right on the beach and walking distance to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of everything. I am a bit disappointed that you didn't mention anything about your air conditioner when you were staying with us so that we could fix it for you . We have a full team of engineering and house keeping staff who would have happily solved any problems on-site for you, had we known. Our staff are always so happy to help.
