Dear Andrea,After a thorough investigation process with you at the Police Station; you were stated that you lost your MacBook in the hotel, the following are the result from investigation process :1. iCloud ID and password to trace the location of the MacBook, but you are unable or failed to provide due :a. First reason : Privacy reason even though you are the one who type the ID an password using Police computer and using your own iPhoneb. Second reason : The iCloud ID and password of your MacBook is using your boss iCloud ID and your boss is still on the plane and cannot be reached in 2 hours’ time, we are waiting without success you are not able to provide this as well.2. We were also checked online using application for Hotel Wi-Fi log in data in our hotel and the result was the MacBook never log in.3. As discussed in the Police station, If you can provide your Apple ID, iCloud ID to trace and check together with us so then we can trace and capture the location, and if it is recording the location in Gili Trawangan, then we will search together at that night, but you were also unable to assist us on this. The reason is Apple product is equipped with Anti-theft system that can easily tracked.4. During the discussion in the Police station all of the above already discussed and IF we have found that the existence of your MacBook is in our hotel using the above step or method, we are pleased and ready to REPLACE your MacBook accordingly.How can we know if your MacBook was missing in our hotel, if you were not able to provide all of the above requirement. As said, Apple Product is equipped with Anti-theft system that can easily locate/trace. Again, we may say that you were not able to prove the existence of your MacBook.Now you are still writing that you lost it in our hotel while you are not helping nor provide a proof that the Macbook is exist.Again, our goodwill are doing everything and find a solution but not success because you are not able to fulfilled all of the above process.Please help us to help you and be very careful if you write a feedback without proof.Thank youRegards,Lumi Seaside Bliss Gili Trawangan
