« We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. « We arrived super late and while it was very dark out the house was very easy to find. Entry process exactly as described.It was warm evening and they had on numerous fans and the a/c making it feel uber pleasant.Hade writhing we needed. »

« It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...
