Excellent comme pied a terre ou pour famille
Hotel propre et moderne. Chambre confortable et pratique avec mini cuisine, sofa. Hotel un peu au milieu de nulle part mais quelques minutes des sites interessants a voir.

I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly. My room could’ve been cleaner upon arrival but I do have very high cleanliness standards.

We "found" this Marriott in February of 2023 and were blown away- as skiers having a Marriott so close to a great ski resort was a total score! This trip we were left a bit disappointed. There was some confusion during check in as to whether I had paid in advance (scheduled through Orbitz). We also had a discrepancy on where our room was located and the manager was unreachable. It felt strange that on a busy holiday weekend there was only one staff member in the entire building! The pool, a main attraction, was broken and unable to be used- again, during a holiday weekend! We love the area & proximity to the highway, but will definitely look elsewhere for our next trip.

Dear Allison,Thank you for giving us feedback on your recent stay. Keirah did call me (the manager) to ask if your reservation was prepaid. It was not! Our doubles unfortunately are located near the elevator, and she did transfer you to another room. We do apologize our pool had no heat and we are doing our best to get it fixed. Thats why we sent all of our guest to the Fireside Inn to swim. We did our absolute best to accommodate you and we hope you give another chance.

Very clean and super comfortable. The room had a small kitchen with a little stove, cups, glassware, coffee maker, nice desk. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk guy that helped me Tuesday night was so nice and classy. Overall excellent.

Perfect in a pinch
Great location close to Gunstock during a snowstorm…sadly, my rating is low mainly because the heat failed to work in our room. Unit was blowing cold air and the room temp would only climb when we turned the thermostat off (we were on the top floor). Winter travel with kids shouldn’t include challenges like these…We were offered another room (almost reluctantly) by the front desk staff (but my youngest was already tucked in bed. It was surprising that a newer building in otherwise well maintained condition had HVAC issues. The indoor pool was snack-size and very cold (didn’t feel like the heat was blowing in that room either). 2 families in the pool made it feel a little too busy for a hang. Breakfast on the way out was nice to have and the waffles were like candy! Friendly staff were helping with clearing snow off of cars and shoveling. Definitely plan to come back, and will be more vigilant when checking in to confirm temp control is in working order.

The room did not have much space for the luggage. The hotel looks new in pictures But in reality it needs remodeling. The breakfast was below average for the price of the room. Instant oatmeal was offered instead of steel cut oatmeal, like in other hotels.

Convenience but no atmosphere
Great location ...very comfortable. We will check dog policy next time we book any hotel. We were awakened by a barking dog fatr too early in the morning. When I mentioned this at the desk, the attendee said since they are more of a long term stay place, they allow dogs in all the rooms. We also got on after midnight from a local concert and could have used a bit more sleep. Breakfast was over at nine. Since most of the people there had gone to the concert and came in late, I felt breakfast could have been served s little later. I was underwhelmed with the experience. It didn't feel like a true Marriott atmosphere, just a place to sleep and run.

Dear Janet,We do apologize that you were woken up by another guests dog. Unfortunately, the breakfast times are set per Marriott policy and breakfast does close at 9am on the weekdays. We hope next time you are the in area you think of us and hopefully be able to enjoy the hotel more then just one night.

All in all a perfect stay.
Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is close to Bank of NH Pavilion making it an easy access to the venue. The room was great. Breakfast was typical.

We stayed for one night to attend a show nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Our room was immaculate. The complimentary continent breakfast in the morning was very nice with many items to choose from. The price is a little more than some other places nearby, but we believe the extra cost was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Regarding refreshes Marriott does not do daily housekeeping unless specifically asked, we do refreshes every other day. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired and the towels were incredibly coarse, like sandpaper. The pool was also under maintenance, which was disappointing, but that’s just a matter of bad timing on my part. Has to be closed for maintenance at some point I guess. Generally a fine stay.
