We had a great time. Owner was very responsive. We loved the location, 15 mins from Weirs Beach and 10 mins from Bank of NH Pavilion. Only complaint is we wish we could have checked in earlier. Overall, highly recommend!

Great family getaway

Everything was wonderful and the hot tub was a bonus. It was easy to check in and out. The host was wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Weekends Away

Excellent house. It had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. Great outside fire pit area where we spent a good portion of our time. The wrap-a-around deck is a great way to enjoy a bright sunrise and a cup of coffee. Pretty convenient to all things.

Gilford Stay

The home was just as pictured. We had problems with the internet connection, but the management did their best to fix it. If they can fix the internet issue this home is perfect for a ski vacation!

Beautiful house nicely Located

There are many great things about this home. It is beautifully decorated, has very comfortable beds, all major home necessaries and convenient, awesome kid area, and a great hot tub outdoors. The balcony offers magical stars sightings on clear nights. Bathroom is on the more basic side. Ant control can use some professional help. Overall, a great home away for few wonderful nights in the mountain.

Lovely property!

Had a great stay with family over a weekend. Many rooms/beds, accommodating all of us. Hot tub was clean, and so relaxing and a great addition. Cannot beat location, only minutes from Gunstock Mountain where we went on the scenic lift and mountain coaster with the kids. Also 15-20 minutes from Weirs beach and we just happened to be there during bike week - which was really fun to experience. We were a bit weary of the bonfire pit area as the grass hadn't been mowed and after 20 minutes two of us had a total of 3 ticks. I know the tick season is unusually bad this year, but long grass doesn't help either. Otherwise - the property was fantastic, kids loft was awesome fun, had a BBQ night with the grill, bonfire & s'mores one night, played games. Overall would 100% book again. Definitely worth a stay!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here with our 6 year old daughter and our friends with 5&10 year old girls. There was plenty of room for everyone including each families dog. The property was very nice, super clean and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing and then some. The kids loved the play room in the loft and we all enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores by the firepit. It was a short drive to some area fun spots. The owners were great with communication and everything was easily accessible. They have a detailed guest book with useful information upon arriving as well. We would definitely stay again if we return to that area in the future. We stayed at the end of April for school break and a lot in the area doesn’t fully open until Memorial Day (which we were aware of) and we still enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend especially in winter or summer months.

Wedding party home base

We rented this beautiful home for lodging for our wedding party as we were getting married in a town nearby. This home could not have been more perfect. We had everything we needed, and felt so at home. The kitchen and dining area was a great place for us all to hang out and socialize, and everyone had their own space in their rooms. The hot tub was a nice way to relax with my now husband after a day of setting up for the wedding. They have thoughtful additions such as a hot beverage bar, and an in-home spa area. The homeowners were so thoughtful and kind, easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating. They left very detailed instructions and helpful notes to help you learn the little tips and tricks. I would love to stay here again, and will certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in the area. Lastly, it was so nice to stay somewhere that allows dogs, they even have a run for you to use!

A beautiful large home with activities for the kids and adults too.

This home is so large there were five of us and the three kids enjoyed the game room as well as the “hot bar”. I felt bad I couldn’t replace all the different add ins for hot chocolate and teas. What a great idea. I had put my keurig away, I came home and brought it back out as I will now try to make our own hot bar area for the Winter Months & in the Summer too as you can add teas with lots of flavors as I seen and fresh honey sticks and mint. Lots of ideas. Plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep on three levels of this home. The first floor entrance to the hot tub spa and laundry area, then you enter right to a room with a warm pellet stove heated room with extremely comfortable furniture throughout all but the beds. This might have been the only disappointment we had, but if you like a real firm mattress you’ll love it here totally! Would definitely consider going back as weirs beach is right down the Street with Fun Spot and a Bingo Hall if you enjoy this too! The fire pit was a great add on, but we ran out of time, sadly. I would consider this place more in the Summer Months just because I felt if we had more time than 3 days we could have done so much more. There are large TV’s everywhere so no fighting over who wants to watch different shows! Highly recommend this beautiful home & the communication between the owners and us was efficient and very responsive when we reached out. I think you need a full week to enjoy it all, not just the weekend as that was all we had. Maybe, next time we’ll try to get away for a full week. Lots to do and lots of restaurants close by. We had take out, with Covid. But home is extremely comfortable and clean. Hot tub was a hit as well. Highly recommend this home for a large family gathering or just a small family get away.

Great location, tons of room, private but not too remote. My group absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of room for comfy lounging and is super close to the mountain. Definitely rent out this place!
