« I was given alternative accommodation as apparently there was a problem with the one I booked. I don’t think either were as per the photo in details!Accommodation was finished to a high standard but not equipped very well. For example there was no way of making toast - no toaster and no grill pan in grill/oven and when I queried this no alternative was provided. The cupboards and splasbacks we’re wrapped in cling film? There was only one easy chair in corner of room kitchen table/chairs provided...

« Were very disappointed. Place was very clean, but lacked some essentials: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, TV, comfortable seating for more than one person,. were only given one bath towel and one hand towel per bedroom. There were four adults! No cleaning supplies, ie broom to sweep the floor, No mat at the entrance and no place to hang a coat. Luckily, we were close to relatives and were able to borrow some of the missing needs and had most of our meals with them. »
