Super piscine, super cadre par contre à cette période pas de chauffage juste un chauffage d'appoint insuffisant. Ils devraient fournir plus de couverture à cette période. Nous avons mal dormi à cause du froid. Très appréciable pour ceux qui aiment la nature. Nous avions pris une voiture qui a mon avis est nécessaire car l'hotel est assez isolé.

Instalaciones perfectas para desconectar. Apartamentos con cocina totalmente equipada. Difícil llegar sin coche. Por poner un pero no hay contacto ni recepcion, todo es a traves de mail/cajita para entrega de llaves y te buscas la vida

There are good points and bad points: - Good points: cozy mezonette surrounded by a very beautiful yard and palm trees and beautiful swimming pool. There was an under-ground parking and the location of the motel was nice. - Bad points: The mezonette is serviced only with 2 toilet paper rolls for all your stay long, thereby you must shop yourself the toilet papers. The trash bag is about 20 liters and only one empty genral trash bag is serviced at your arrival, thereby you should take care of them yourself. If your reservasion is for more than two people and you pay for all equivaletly, only two of you can use the bed and the rest of you should use a metalic-base foldable sofa as a bed, which you cannot even sleep on it (maybe fine for people less than 20 kg weight, but definitely not good for heavier people). The provided towels will stay with you till of your checkout, they won't change the towels regularly.

Hi Sivash,Thank you for submitting your review.The apartment you have booked, Tal Fanal no 6 is a self catering 1 bedroom apartment with a plus 2, which states 2 folding single sofa beds - you were a family of 5.We supply 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, soap and shower gel, again this is a self catering apartment. We give you what we feel is enough of the basics to get you started. We offer food packs should you request one.Stays that are longer than 7 nights get a free service including: clean sheets, towels, extra toilet paper and garbage bags.We also have a laundry room with washing machine for you to use at a small charge. All of this information is available in the property description.

What a great spot!
I stayed for 12 nights with my family in a 2 bedroom maisonette and we were delighted with it. It was very spacious and the facilities were good. Each bedroom had 2 single beds with one of the bedrooms being en-suite with a bath. The other bathroom had a shower.  The kitchen had a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and a gas hob. There were English language channels including kids channels on the TV. Outside there was a patio area with a table and chairs and a clothes lines for hanging wet clothes. There was a coin operated washing machine available and also the bedrooms had coin operated air conditioning, The main living area had fans as did the 2 bedrooms also. We were supplied with 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person and these, along with the bedclothes, were changed after a week. The underground car park was great as ideally you need a car, especially if you have kids. There was a restaurant and shop within walking distance but to see Gozo properly a car is vital. That way you can go off the beaten track. There is a bus stop close to Villagg Tal-Fanal but it would be very hot waiting for the bus during the summer months, especially with kids.

Vi hade det jättebra.
Trevligt, lugnt och skönt. Dåligt fungerande AC i sovrummet, märktes ingen skillnad alls. Maja på kontoret hjälpte oss massor innan ankomst. Så bra service från kontoret, speciellt Maja. Bil är ett måste så man kan köra som man vill. Lugnt att köra runt på ön, trots vänstertrafik. Vi är jättenöjda.

If you need peace and rest this is your place. The location is far from any amenities and shops but there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk. Buses aren't so regular, go every hour.

Great holiday had at this gem of a place. We've stayed here several times now and love it, it is very quiet and laid back. A car is a must to get out and about as it is a little out of the way.

Appartamento (Maisonette) con ampi spazi, pulita e comoda in un complesso con piscina e garage. La costruzione in pietra locale si integra perfettamente nel paesaggio. Più che sufficienti le dotazioni della cucina. Nel bagno non c'è il phon. Molto utile la lavanderia comune con lavatrice. Gradevole anche lo spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie dove prepararsi un bell'aperitivo la sera godendosi i colori della natura. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Difficile reperire un bar per un caffè la mattina se non usando la macchina. La migliore colazione della zona si fà al piccolo centro dell'artigianato (Ta' Dbiegi) raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

We stayed here for 7 nights in July 2018. The property was nicely designed and had a great location with great swimming pool which was not overly busy even at the busiest times. The accommodation was fine and good enough but with a little more effort and investment these could easily be 5 star. Our fridge was functional but rusty. Bathrooms had mould and one of bedroom ceiling fans didn't rotate quickly enough to be functional. None of this spoiled our holiday in Gozo and we would return but as I say, with a little more investment this could be top notch.

Great stay considering the price!
We had a great stay at the village! The appartement was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable, the mattresses were very hard. Also the table on the terras was a little bit too small to have a comfortable dinner. The pool was awesome and we had lots of fun in it with our kid. The wifi connection was also very good! The area is quiet, with the bus I think you can reach most places, but having a car was very convenient. There is a supermarkt at 900m, we didn't see any restaurant at walking distance, but the main city Victoria really isn't that far away by car (bus). I recommend the place because of the price/value!

Unser Aufenthalt im Villagg Tal Fanal war gut, unser Apartment war überraschend gross und die Küche war gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Toaster etc.). Leider liess die Kommunikation noch zu wünschen übrig. An der Reception war selten jemand, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und die angegebene Telefonnummer brachte uns auch nichts. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft jedoch weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub im Winter
Die Anlage ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Im Zimmer selbst sehen einige Möbel/Gegenstände schon etwas älter aus, funktionieren aber. Da der Wasserboiler für die Dusche nur auf 40 Grad eingestellt war, ist das Duschen für zwei Personen nur mit sehr langer Pause dazwischen möglich gewesen. Das Problem wurde aber schon am Folgetag korrigiert. Zu Fuß (10Minuten) kann man einen kleinen Supermarkt erreichen, in dem man alles was man braucht bekommt. Gleich danach gibt es eine kleines Restaurant mit einfachen und gut gemachten Gerichten. Die Preise sind ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Schöne Appartement-Anlage mit großen Räumen und funktionsfähigen Geräten. Übergabe und Austausch eines defekten Gerätes waren völlig unproblematisch. Lage ist wunderschön; man kann den Leuchtturm sehen. Zwei Probleme sind anzumerken: Der Heißwasserboiler im Badezimmer pfeift laut, wenn in der darunter liegenden Einheit heißes Wasser benutzt wird. Da das Problem erst am letzten Tag auftrat, haben wir es nicht moniert. Der vorhandene Radiator war für die Größe des Appartements zu klein und ein kompletter Ausfall. Das schnell bereit gestellte Ersatzgerät funktionierte zwar leidlich, konnte aber allenfalls das Bad und auch etwas das Schlafzimmer anwärmen. Erforderlich wären - in dieser Jahreszeit - mindestens zwei größere (und auch neuere) Heizgeräte. Davon abgesehen kann man die Anlage - insbesondere in wärmeren Jahreszeiten - empfehlen.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo villaggio durante il periodo di Pasqua ed e' stata una piacevole sorpresa...... il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Eravamo in 5 due adulti e tre bambini, ci hanno sistemato in una "Mesonette" così vengono chiamati gli appartamenti, con due camere spaziosissime, due bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca, un ampio soggiorno e una cucina e all'esterno una area privata con tavolino e sedie. I locali erano puliti, e così li abbiamo riconsegnati, c'era tutta la biancheria che su nostra richiesta ci hanno sostituito a metà settimana. Avevamo la tv satellitare con uno schermo 40" nuovo. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina perchè la stagione non lo ha permesso. L'ambiente è tranquillo, siamo in campagna, ma la città di Vittoria è a 5 minuti di auto e per mangiare del buonissimo pesce basta andare sulla costa che è a non più di 10 minuti.

Villag Tal Fanal is not really a hotel, but apts where you can cook for yourself and live like in a holiday home. You are completely independent, which also means you have to clean for yourself and take care of everything in the apt. yourself. The pool is right in the middle of the apt. block, so it´s very comfortable to wake up in the morning swimm a little bit and walk right back into the apt. There's not a real reception like in a hotel...or hotel staff....only people that contact you about the departure details. Its' location is in a very quiet area and there´s nothing really going on in the village...so, you can go for long walks, enjoy nature and go to a grocery store not too far from it. There´s a bus not far from the apt. that takes you to the next city...for about 3Euros or so... The beach is about a 30-40minutes walk away..by car maybe only 10min. Enjoy the nature and the lovely climate and don´t miss the cultural/historical attractions in Gozo! It´s much prettier than Malta!!!

Villagg Tal Fanal er et lejlighedskompleks der henvender sig til gæster, der ønsker meget plads og ro omkring sin ferie. Værelserne er store og komfortable. Køkkenet har ikke det store udbud af remedier, men der er nok til, at man kan lave den mad, man ønsker. Hver lejlighed har en stor terrasse med tørrestativ. Der gøres ikke rent under opholdet og der skiftes ikke håndklæder. Der er en manager til stede hver formiddag og han er meget hjælpsom, hvis man har spørgsmål eller mangler en bil. Poolen er ikke så stor, men ok. Desværre gøres der ikke meget rent omkring poolen og da der er mange blomstrende træer på Tal Fanal, betyder det, at der blæser en del blade og lignende ned i poolen. Der er redskaber til gæsternes rådighed, så man selv kan rengøre poolen, hvis man ikke er tilfreds. Et ophold på Tal Fanal kræver, at man er indstillet på, at der ikke er et bymiljø i nærheden. Der er 20 minutters gang til købmanden. Hun har til gengæld et flot udvalg af varer. Ønsker man at spise ude, skal man til nabobyerne for at finde restauranter. La Stanza i Victoria er et dejligt sted - bestil bord i højsæsonen. Det kan anbefales at leje en bil. Undersøg priserne hjemmefra og lej inden ankomst. Personalet på Tal Fanal hjælper gerne, men det er ikke billigste løsning. Bestiller man transfer hjemmefra gennem hotellet eller bil gennem personalet på hotellet, så gem bekræftelsesmail, kvitteringer og lignende. De er meget ærlige folk, men kommunikationen og hurtig betaling mellem eks. taxa, biludlejer og manager kan svipse og så opstår der hurtigt misforståelser! Rejser man til Gozo i juli kan man opleve øen i feststemning. Hver weekend er der religiøse fejringer i de små og større byer på øen. Byerne klæder sig på skift i smukke farver og religiøse bannere. Der fyres fyrværkeri af i stort omfang. Det kan anbefales at deltage - men tag ørepropper med, da der skydes kanonslag af næsten hver nat og det kan høres på hele øen... Har man unge teenagere, der gerne vil shoppe og ud at feste, er Gozo ikke stedet. Der er butikker i Victoria, men ikke mange. Priserne ligger i den høje ende i forhold til mange andre feriesteder. Villagg Tal Fanal anbefales til børnefamilier og voksne, der ønsker en selvstændig ferie uden alt for meget charterstøj ind over.

Tough brief as it was, our stay went very smooth. All amenities worked fine and place was clean and welcoming. The ambiance is very beautiful and restful and we are all looking forward to our next stay, preferably back in flat #8. Best regards and thank you very much for your service.

VILLAG TAL FANAL - GOZO
L'Hotel si presenta bene, le stanze sono spaziose, ben arredate e fornite di tutto. Solo due cose, nel mio appartamento, non andavano: lo sciaquone che non funzionava e il ventilatore di una stanza che non si poteva regolare ed era molto rumoroso. Nonostante avessimo segnalato tali inconvenienti, nessuno ha provveduto alla riparazione. L'unico consiglio che posso dare a chi vuole soggiornare in questo Hotel è quello di non farsi assegnare le stanze che si affacciano sulla campagna, poichè da essa arriva un odore strano e persistente che costringe a stare con le finestre chiuse, e ciò in estate è molto fastidioso. Nel resto del residence tale odore (?!) non si avverte.

Dit 'hotel' is eigenlijk een appartementencomplex met een gezamelijk zwembad. De bouwstijl is leuke 'Malta' stijl, en elk appartement heeft een eigen terras. Ideaal voor ons gezin, vanaf ons terras waar we toch een beetje prive zitten, kan ik de kinderen in het zwembad zien. De palmen, ligbedden, parasols en bloemen langs het zwembad geven een leuke sfeer. De kamers zijn groot, dus voldoende ruimte voor een (kinder)bijzetbedje. Het enige minpunt vind ik de zeer minimale keuken uitrusting. (1 diep pan, 1 kleine steelpan en 1 bakpan). Maar als je iets aan de beheerder vraagt wat ontbreekt of te weinig stuks is krijg je dat direct. Voor kinderen vond ik het ideaal; een relatief groot zwembad (zonder glijbaan, maar met peuter stuk) en in de mei-vakantie nog andere nederlandse gezinnen met kinderen voor de aanspraak. De omgeving is erg rustig; er is een supermarkt op 250 meter, maar iets meer (kroeg, restaurant, ..) moet je in een ander dorp zoeken, en dus ga je vaak naar Victoria/Rabat. Een auto is eigenlijk onmisbaar (of een fiets) want de afstanden naar strand, uitstapjes etc is te ver om te lopen. Ik vond Gozo in de meivakantie erg leuk, maar ik denk dat ik het in hoog-zomer minder zou waarderen, dan is het waarschijnlijk drukker, is alle natuur veel droger, minder groen, minder bloemen en (voor mij althans) te heet.
