« Sent us to a room that was not cleaned, dirty towels, unclean sheets, and unmade bed. Pictures of hot tub and pool are not what they currently look like. Now look run down. Internet connection and TV channel selection was poor; TV volume is controlled and would not go high enough to hear the speakers over the air conditioning. Air conditioning smelled musty and unkempt. Room key was not programmed correctly for a 3-night stay. Outer door to parking lot was not locked. Anyone could enter...
