« Stayed here because it was convenient to where I needed to be in Washington. Room smelled strongly of cleaning product / disinfectant. I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. « The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again. »

« Trash and children’s toys in the parking lot. Front desk staff barely spoke English which made checking in difficult to say the least. The room had a smashed in door. The beds comforters had huge holes in them. No vending. Overall, not impressed. Would not recommend. »

« We had two issues with our stay. First, breakfast struggled. The pancake machine nor the juice dispenser was working. Breakfast was very basic, dry and unfavorable. It reminded me of a breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Our second issue involved, the residents above us who allowed their chid/ren to stomp, jump and run around the room. We called to the front desk - 3 times from 10pm until 11:30 pm. The noise stopped at 3:30am. We were exhausted in the morning. I will not stay at another Holiday...

« Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. But there was no continental breakfast. »

« They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm. »

« Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served. »
