« Everything was great. Especially the staff! We couldn’t make our originally planned stay due to being hit by a tornado. They completely understood and rearranged my stay and let me do an early check in the next day, and a late check out the following day with no issues at all. »

Has a neat indoor-outdoor pool with a pass thru wall between them, sadly the hot tub was not working. Only negative was my room was near the end of the hall and I heard a door banging every 20 minutes, but overall I really liked this hotel. »

« Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. »

« I liked the easy access to room and parking lot. I didn’t like feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn’t sleep well due to the domestic situation outside my door on balcony. The room was clean but could use some cleaning and updating. »

« Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper. »

« The room needs the bathroom door knob fixed. My mom was stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib. »

« Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. »
