« Enjoyed one night stay in Rm 6 (yes all the guest rooms are numbered). The apt comes with kitchen, batch room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Besides, there is common area you share with other guests including the balcony and the basement. Clean, warm and convenient location to The PA Grand Canyon Lookout. Bill the owner is the greatest host you can find! Absolutely recommend this place. »

« Ken, the host, was awesome. The VRBO website wouldn’t allow us to modify our reservation, but Ken handled what VRBO couldn’t. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and guided us to the perfect locations that met all our requests. The apartment had every amenity we needed. Hopeful to hear details on the dates for the haunted trail they host in the fall. »

« Such a charming and welcoming country home. Upon entering, we were greeted with pretty fresh flowers on the kitchen table that were picked from the beautiful garden. The home was very clean and well stocked. It felt sweetly nostalgic. The hosts were great, very receptive and attentive to our needs. The property and surroundings lended an abundance of gorgeous flowers, an old barn with so much character, and amazing sunsrises and sunsets. « We had a fantastic stay! The property was peaceful, private, and exactly the kind of outdoor getaway our family was looking for. Our kids loved fishing in the bass pond (our 7-year-old caught her first fish on her second cast!), and we enjoyed the wildlife, beautiful acreage, and proximity to the PA Grand Canyon area. The owners were great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« The house was perfect. Right on Pine Creek where we were able to set our chairs in on a hot summer day to cool off.House was equipped with everything you would need and more. We like to visit Coudersport and Wellsboro so this house was in a great location for us. Also, it’s very close to the rail trail where we can take our bikes out. Will definitely rent again. »

« Highly recommend. Very clean rooms and property. Very accommating hosts. Left us check in early and allowed us to keep our truck and parked in the parking lot after we checked out so we could ride our motorcycle. »

« We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. It was very clean and you could tell the owners took pride in the place and wanted people to enjoy their stay. A couple of recommendations: A deck on the back of the house, which is the most private space, would be nice. Also, we would prefer a firmer mattress. But these are minor issues and we will definitely think of returning and recommend it highly. »

« This was a convenient place to stay for our trip to Pa Grand Canyon. Our 12 yr old grandson was with us, and the accommodations were suitable for the 3 of us. He played in the creek, shot hoops, played billiards, all right there. Then after hiking all day, we had a nice comfortable place to come back to and chill. »
