Our team will conduct a thorough inspection of our air conditioning units to rectify this problem.We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning socket and the delay in resolving it. Our technicians strive to address issues promptly, and we regret that this was not achieved in your case.Regarding the communication with our duty manager, we value open and honest feedback with our guests and deeply regret that you felt your concerns were not appropriately addressed. Rest assured, we will provide additional training to our staff to ensure that they are better equipped to handle such situations in the future.Lastly, concerning the lifts being out of service simultaneously for maintenance, we understand how inconvenient this must have been.
