Great place, exactly as described.
We stayed ten nights with our 13 and 11 year old. The condo was great! Plenty of space, even with the 13 year old using the pull out bed. It never felt crowded or cluttered. Really spacious place!! We loved the pool and private beach. The pool towels were a great touch, and it was so convenient to have the washer and dryer. Just fifteen minutes or less from the airport, and easy access to Georgetown and Seven Mile. Having Smith Cove right there , just a few minutes drive, was an added bonus. I’d recommend this place for sure!!.

great place
We had a really nice stay and in fact extended it because we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful comfortable modern condo, spotlessly clean and bright. very comfortable, quiet pool and a great location to explore in any direction. the only downside - the beach right in front has seagrass to not good swimming - but if you walk to the right a bit you come to a lovely sandy point with great swimming and beautiful sunsets. we snorkeled the wreck front which made for a nice snorkel.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in George Town so very much! The pool was located just outside our unit and the view of the Caribbean was such a wonderful treat! Great Location
Repeat visitor/renter of this property. Has everything needed for R&R. Mother hen and her 11 chicks strolled by every day to visit. Pool is less than 10 yards away and the beach is a 20 yard stroll off the patio. Highly recommend and will try to use again.

The home was close to everything. The pool area was right outside the slider and was usually not busy. The diving was great, plenty of boat and shore diving available. Overall great place with everything that you need. With a beach 40 feet away they have chairs and umbrella.

Nothing missing
A really nice and recently renovated property. Very clean inside condo, but also outside as there is a maintenance crew that keeps the grounds immaculate. Beach was feet away and the swimming pool was within a short walk from the patio. Neighbors are all owners and very friendly. Stop at Foster's near the airport before heading to the condo. We would highly recommend to others.

Nice spot, very close to a quiet beach just South of Seven Mile beach. The beach is not as nice as Seven Mile beach with some weeds in water but nice for a break from the business. A nice little swommming pool to lay by. Condo was quite nice and very clean. Short distance to the awesome little swimming grotto. We really enjoyed that spot and only a 2 minute drive from Condo. I recommend getting a vehicle when in the Caymans to get around to all the spots. No rrgrets staying here.

Cayman Quick Stay
Property was excellent and clean. The view from the deck of the shipwreck was amazing and our nightly walks down the beach to view the sunset were rewarded with awe-inspiring views. We spent little time in the condo, but had everything we needed for our short trip. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Caymans. It was a short drive to Spotts Beach where we snorkeled with turtles each morning. The drive to Cemetery Beach was not too long and we loved that area the most. Fantastic snorkeling wherever we went, including out to the shipwreck in front of the condo. Special vacation made even better by our condo as a base of operations.

Wonderful property, the pictures don't do it justice. Has a great big island in the kitchen and wonderful views of the ocean. Mainly had the pool to ourselves. The only snag was the kitchen faucet which had very low water pressure we contacted Verna the property manager and was advised someone would come and fix it, however they never did.

Pool right outside the door. Beautiful sea view of the Pallas shipwreck. We took chairs to the beach every night, sometimes snorkeled. Big kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment. Washer/dryer. Oversized, could sleep six. Tidy landscape. Family atmosphere. Grilled out most nights. Walked to Smith. Cove for a swim and saw Miss Lassie’s colorful house of primitive art along the way. Grand Old House restaurant was a few miles along and the port area was also very accessible by car.

Our home away from home on Cayman!
We've been coming to Cayman annually for about 10 years (with our 2 daughters, now 11 and 13), and this was our 3rd stay at the Caribbean Paradise complex, but our first in this particular condo. The location is by far our favourite - central on the island so not too far from anything, and away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. This condo is well-appointed, welcoming, and as advertised. I think the photos actually don't do it justice; the eat-in kitchen island is much bigger than it looks on-line! Having a BBQ is awesome, as we love to grill our own seafood and meat, and did so many times on this trip. We would stay here again without hesitation. Some favourite things to do: Scuba (our daughters got in for their first dive after taking the Discover Diving course at Sunset House, and it was great to do that as a family for the first time!), lunches at Macabuca, brunch at Tukka (although COVID meant a la carte only on this visit - still wonderful), private jet-ski tour including Stingray City with Ebanks Watersports, relaxing for a day at Rum Point, enjoying gelato from Gelato & Co., feeding tarpon while having a sunset dinner at The Wharf, and a last night on the island meal at Calypso Grill (always a treat).

Beautiful condo!
The photos do not so justice to this condo... it is even nicer than it appears online! Nice quiet community that is very driveable to everything. Steps to the beach (not as swimmable as 7 mile but still beautiful). There is a nice pool as well... only downside is it’s fairly deep so not great for kiddos, but still nice to have!

Fabulous condo in perfect location
We were so impressed with all the updates inside this condo...kitchen and both baths are well appointed, with comfortable furniture in bedrooms and living room. For day trips, there are comfortable and sturdy portable beach chairs along with coolers. The patio has a great view and comfy seating. We snorkeled multiple days out to the Wreck of the Pallas and saw nurse sharks, porcupine fish, lobsters, scorpion fish, barracuda, and loads of pretty colorful fish. We loved this quiet and private area of the island. With a rental car, you are a quick drive to the airport Fosters grocery, smiths cove, spotts beach, and downtown Georgetown. We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Paradise. Great location. Short drive to 7 mile beach (but perfect distance from crowds) and drive the other way to rum point and starfish point. The apartment was great. Great kitchen. Perfect pool the kids had to them selves most of the time. We also had the beach to ourselves most of the time with friendly neighbors who gave great advice on snorkling the small shipwreck. We scuba dove almost every day. A perfect vacation.

Very well maintained and clean property, away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. Usability of water is better on 7 mile beach, but fewer vehicles and people on south side are definite pluses for this property.

Just right for us
This is our first experience with VRBO, and we are highly satisfied with the accuracy of the online listing. We had no need to contact the property manager, but we knew she was available. We were looking for a quiet place for rest and relaxation - this place provided just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities, the freedom to relax at the condo or explore the island.

Wedding Week
My husband and I stayed here during our trip to celebrate our sons wedding in Grand Cayman and could not have been happier. The house is beautiful and well kept and it is less than 10 min to any activity or shopping in Georgetown. There is a beach area right out the back door, but 7 mile beach is just a short drive. I would recommend staying here for any trip.

Condo is perfect and pool is fabulous. Butt sadly there was a Sargusm/seaweed problem at the beach at the condo while we were there. I went as a single mom with my 3 kids and really wanted a swim out beach and this was not that but don’t get me wrong the condo was great and location was not far from 7 Mile or Georgetown.

Charged full price for Sargassum Seaweed!
4 weeks before my reserved 6 night stay, not known to me, Sargassum Seaweed covered the beach and polluted the air with an unbearable smell. Property owner refused to refund any of the 100% prepaid rent even though they did not notify me of the conditions. Was forced to go and rent a new place on 7 Mile Beach, great having to rent two places but only able to stay in one! No more VRBO for me!

I'm sorry for your experience but none of my other guests have complained of seaweed on the beach or smells. All guests before and after your stay have had no complaints. I would love to be in control of Mother Nature but that's beyond my capabilities. I had stated if I could rent out the unit at the last minute, I would totally refund rental money. But our condo was not rented. Items were left in the condo and our caretaker went out of her way to get these back to the guests. This was not mentioned.

This place is lovely! The location is perfect! It's quiet and the beach and pool are often empty. However, it's only a few minutes drive to many activities, restaurants. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. It's decorated beautifully and it's very comfortable.

Great value for nicely appointed condo
This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Twice the space at half the price of a hotel room on 7 mile beach and just a short drive to Georgetown, restaurants and shopping. Each day we packed a cooler, grabbed the beach umbrella and chairs and headed out (usually to the north side). Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends traveling to the island.

Beautiful place with lots of room
We stayed here for 9 days in April 2019 when our daughter got married. There was plenty of room; plenty of pots, pans, utensils and plates. The place was very clean. We rented a car and Verna met us at the airport to drop off our keys. It was nice staying right on the beach and the view was beautiful. It was easy to get everywhere. The only slight glitch was for some reason Verna thought we were checking out early so she came by at 10 am with the guests for the next week. Our flight wasn't until evening but we were able to quickly finish packing and leave by 10:30 am with 30 minutes to spare. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We'd definitely stay here again.

2nd stay at South Sound. Just as good as 1st.
One inconvenience, condo above ours was undergoing repairs. Workers started drilling into concrete at 8:00 AM. Not our owner's fault but a distraction. Lasted day and half. Location is great on the south shore between Smith Cove and Spott's Beach, two excellent snorkeling locations. Also a short drive into George Town. Property is clean/well maintained. The AC vent in the 2nd bedroom may be tough to sleep through. When the AC kicks on the vent into this bedroom sounds like a wind tunnel. I shut the vent and kept the door open. Cooler air from the living room/dining room kept the bedroom comfortable and the vent noise was more tolerable. View of ocean between the units is beautiful. Be careful swimming off the beach, the current can be challenging. Bottomline: I recommend the property.

My family and I had a great time at Grand Cayman Island. We rented this apartment for a week and it was amazing! We absolutely loved it. We had 20 steps to the pool and 50 to the beach. The apartment also had an amazing view. This location is quiet and far from crowds. Apartment has all you need and is very spacious. We highly recommend renting this property. Car is a must if you want to discover this island and George Town. Thank you Vicki for letting us stay in your apartment. .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Caribbean paradise. Location is great! So perfect for exploring the island but far enough from the cruise ship crowds! Clean and newly renovated. Bathrooms and kitchen very nice. The beach is lovely and snorkeling right there is great. The condo is perfectly located between spotts and smith beaches both with amazing snorkeling. We also loved being right near the lovely little pool with very comfortable chaise lounges! We enjoyed our sunset catamaran trip to stingray city with red sail. Our most memorable meal was Casa 43. Best Mexican we have ever had. Also enjoyed sunshine grill and Macabuco. Authentic lunch at grape tree cafe in Bodden town. Our only feedback was that the HomeAway site indicted 2 beds in second bedroom when actually it is one bed there and a queen pullout in living room. Also the 6 am call on our day of departure confirming check out time could be avoided. Finally the fruit basket was a lovely touch. The house is well stocked with beach chairs and a cooler and even had charcoal for the grill.

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is in a nice, quiet area and after a busy day touring around it was nice to come back to some peace and quiet. The condo is really nice and well equipped. Very spacious. Lovely patio - it was nice to sit out and listen to the waves. The wifi is not great, at least not while we were here. The signal was pretty weak a lot of the time. If you need Verna for anything - you are best to call her as texting is not very effective. The complex is very well maintained. There are maintenance crews here everyday looking after the grounds. We enjoyed the pool area. We did not swim in the ocean at the condo as the beach was full of seaweed but it is a short drive to 7 Mile Beach, which was amazing. A car rental is a must. Our favourite place to get groceries was Kirk's. We also bought some Jack Fish right down at the docks near the cruise ships and grilled it up - very yummy. They clean the fish for you and it is very fresh. We highly recommend Captain Marvin's Stingray and Snorkelling Tour, the Cayman Turtle Centre, Cayman Kayak's Bioluminescence Tour, The Sunshine Grill (best fish tacos ever) and swimming at Govenor's Beach. If you want to snorkel, you can rent stuff from Eden and snorkel right off their property. This was our first family vacation to the Caribbean, and we all had a great time. We would definitely stay at this location again if we come back to Grand Cayman.

We enjoyed staying at Caribbean Paradise and look forward to booking again in the future. The design and décor were perfect for our needs, and the free parking space was absolutely ideal. A great location for your base when looking to explore the island. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the management staff were extremely nice. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It's a wonderful location for kids too, with a swimming pool only a few steps away. You will definitely enjoy your Cayman experience all the more with this place as your residence.

Best location in Grand Cayman... close to everything and yet away from the Tourist Crowds
This was our first trip to Grand Cayman, we were delighted to find our location was the best for our interest and needs. Close to "Don Foster's Dive Shop" (with many SCUBA diving boat excursions available) and Smith's Cove, for excellent snorkeling, though snorkeling off the beach right in our back yard was excellent too! The Condo seemed newly renovated and clean, it was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, though we only had breakfast and lunch there... Thank you Vicky for sharing your lovely Condo with us...

Condo was very clean and updated, great location for exploring the island by rental car.
Thank you Vicki! Your home was lovely, The AC and fans were running for us when we got there, nice.. Very clean and comfortable. Good TV, WiFi, beach chairs, cooler, towels. Kitchen well stocked with this and that, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, etc. Patio with pool, ocean view and bbq. Amazed by the conch shells on the beach! Beach was nice and private, but a little too rough for us to snorkel as we’re beginners. We visited nearby beaches to snorkel, Smith’s and Spotts. Stores and restaurants within15 minutes or so. Did the Stingray City breakfast and snorkel with Red Sail Cruises and really enjoyed it. The Turtle farm is a must see as well.. Dinner at Rackams at sunset was nice, and watched the Tarpon feeding there at 7pm, pretty cool.. Recommend the Sunset house.. also, Tukkas on the east side. If you’re there by five you can see the Frigate bird feeding. Would definitely return, great value. If only the groceries and restaurants were a little more affordable. Marshall rental car worked out well, just across the street from the airport. Didn’t get to meet Verna but we managed on our own and had a great time! Thanks for the memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location with an amazing view. If we needed something Verna was just a phone call away. The location is very private and quite with a pool on the property. The Beach had some seeweed due to some storms but otherwise was very clean an nice. Awesome sunsets and view of the beach line. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals and be comfortable!
