« We had a great stay at this property. Perfect way to reconnect and getaway from the busy day to day. My husband, 3 year old and I enjoyed the beach access to the lake, the comfort of the home and the ease of getting into town to get essentials and get back to relaxing at the lake. The property was clean, the host was responsive to messages and requests, we will definitely be returning with friends to share the experience with next time! »

« L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙 »

« This was a guys trip for biking. Location was great and the house was perfect. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch. Place was decorated really nice and super comfy. Area was quiet but very close to everything. The interstate is really close so you could get anywhere pretty fast. Garage was great for storing the bikes. The house was really cozy and well stocked. Definitely stay here for another bike trip. »

« This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station. »

« It’s my second trip to this property and I’ll be back for my business needs. The house is easy to get to, very private, quiet and easy access.. internet is fast, The remodel is fresh and clean, and everything is nice and new. Fully stocked with plenty of coffee, bottled water etc. »

« Pros: Very nice clean house, beautiful woodwork, nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed. Nice amenities, quiet area. Love the deck that surrounds the house. « The property was awesome and exactly what we needed. Everyone felt like they had their own space but we still felt close. The view was amazing and we spent every night at the firepit at some point. The kids loved the "secret" bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out...

« We had great communication with owner after the city had tornado damage a few days before. She let us know the house was in tact, but some activities/ power outages may be affect some things we planned to do. The little house was a good fit for us. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the main street restaurants and shops. »
