I liked: comfortable bed, working A/C, nice size room, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, airport shuttle I didn't like: that I had to ask for an iron, very loud disruptive party next door to me that kept me awake for several hours!, that I requested 2 bottles of water from the front desk...and never received them, that the fitness room was so limited.

Close to shopping great location. Hotel is well maintained. Staff is awesome. Breakfast buffet included all food was delicious. They offer airport transfer. Have stayed here several times will continue in the future.

The property had been in covid lockdown, until about a month ago according to the staff, so maintenance in our room was poor. The carpet was dirty and the room had a bad mildew smell. We toughed it out because we were not in the room but to sleep. Overall the appearance and atmosphere, the location and service is great! I was pleased with the dining, good food and friendly staff! Would come here again as this is one of the finer hotels in the area.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The first time it was excellent and each time after that has been less so. The first time we stayed there we were able to book a King Suite. Never again has that been available. I contacted them as to why only the Deluxe room and the Executive twin rooms were the only ones that are ever available. It turns out that of the 6 rooms they have, they only have 4 of the really good rooms in all of the hotel! The hotel describes itself as a "4 Star Luxury Hotel", yet only 4 rooms of the 111 rooms at this hotel are really luxury rooms. They said if I wish to book one of the really good rooms I would have to contact them directly way in advance to see if any are available. Keep in mind the prices of ALL them rooms are definitely "luxury" prices! This last stay, the "secure internet" did not work, no matter how many times I called and got a new password. So no "secure" business could be conducted via my laptop. The "free" internet did work, and the speed was pretty fast (about 12-14 Mbps). So I could browse the internet and watch my programs. The in-room menu is somewhat limited but the food is good, provided they have what you want. As is ALWAYS the case, I always choose something they say the don't have, and this time was no different. In their defense, this has happened to me in just about every restaurant I have ever eaten at in all of the Philippines. Their breakfast buffet is always great. For the price, it could be better!

Run down hotel, over- rated, & over priced.
This property is in desperate to immediate refurbishment and repairs for once WAS. a fine hotel. This includes stained carpets in our room , rusting bathroom fixtures , a broken hot tub ( stayed there a year ago it was “broken”, broken stairs in the pool with wood fixtures on the sides missing and totem off. The gym has machines not working. Unfortunately this hotel is completely being not properly maintained . The service has also taken a turn for the worse, the pool attendants were border line rude and outright careless , no smiles , not helpful. The young man at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on me when I asked a simple question. We ordered white wine cocktail before going out and it was warm, still appeared on the bill at checking out ( even after making a complaint about it )...?...poor service by the guest manager..Overall a disappointment..

The location was perfect because it is just across a mall. The room is not clean. there's an underwear tag you can find under the curtains by the windows, broken mirrors and thick dust on the sides of the bed. Infact i got sick because of the allergy.

Auch diesmal war es prima.
Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel holt seine Gäste kostenlos vom Flughafen ab (und bringt sie auch passend wieder hin). Alles sauber, freundlich, zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstück. Die Preise im Restaurant und in der Bar sind sehr zivil. Direkt gegenüber liegt die SM-Mall. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stay was good, but with one disgusting BUT..
We booked 2 rooms, traveled with small kids & therefore had yayas with us, including a driver who stayed in a different place. We asked the attendants at the breakfast area if my maids could use the 2nd breakfast slot (i was alone in the room with 2 breakfast slots paid) for 1 day & they agreed. I asked again if it was ok if both my maids ate for one day and they refused (coz they have to put it in a report). I mean, really? What difference does one PAID meal make when all those food gets to waste anyway? Your people follow rules without thinking outside the box & disregard for humanity. Fast forward, i sent my driver instead to eat since my maids felt uncomfortable. He got an outright NO. Just because they’re humble workers, they get that treatment. Nice stay, but it felt dirty with how my 2 maids & driver got treated in the breakfast area. They deserved the respect just like any other human being needing to eat. Fix that treatment please. Watch your actions... they could be offensive.

The isolation wasn't that great. When there was somebody noisy in the floor or in the neighbour room, I could hear that in my room. But everything else was great, very nice decoration, very clean, very comfortable and welcoming staff
