« Firstly, we were fooled by the description of the boat's locayion. Its nowhere near the Tahrir Square or downtown Cairo. Travellers, be aware! It's rather the opposite. Quite far away. Beddings are very old, torn and smelly. We expected better room condition. The breakfast was okay though. »

« I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. "Un très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur les pyramides. Super calme, petit dej top. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésiter. Petits points négatifs n’impactant pas la note : Dommage que par mail on nous demande de traduire nous même, à 2 reprises, et de renvoyer notre mail en anglais. Je pense que pour un hôtel de cette gamme un petit copier coller dans Google traduction n’est pas insurmontable. Autre chose: les prix pratiqués dans l’hôtel au comptoir pour les taxis sont presque honteux comparé aux prix juste derrière la barrière "
