« Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap. »

« The property is situated in a safe area. Staff are very friendly and are present 24/7. There are multiple plaza’s nearby. Room cleaning is on demand and they only enter if you allow them too. »

« Very friendly staff clean also offered laundry service. Myself and my family would stay here again »

« Great customer service »

« Was only here for the night because my flight was rebooked, however the hotel was close and I felt welcomed. »

« Was a short night but great hotel with very friendly and efficient service »

« very clean, nice people there. »

« Do NOT stay there. There is NEVER anyone at front desk. We never got instructions. Did NOT feel comfortable leaving luggage when we checked out so we had to be with them several Hours in hot and dusty Cairo. No one should operate. Residence without staff. This is a shame. »

« Very good »
