« This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if...

« Excellent communication! Really nice place. The screened in porch was our favorite! Saw all sorts of ducks and geese. Saw a woodpecker. Even got to watch a couple of beavers hard at work! Would definitely stay again. It was close to our hunting spots for mushrooms. Had a little bit of a problem with the tv! Sent him a message and had it taken care of very quickly! « The house & bunkhouse were exactly what we wanted for our weekend. We did a combined bachelorette/Bachelor party weekend, so the boys stayed in the bunkhouse and the girls stayed in the house. The house has a large entertaining area that was perfect to play games and hang out all together. The patio & dock were also the perfect spot for hanging out with a beautiful view of the lake. This was the perfect little retreat location and we will definitely be back! »

« Property was in a great location to downtown Boyne City and was very clean! Perfect amount of space for our group of 3. Had one minor issue with plumbing but the hosts actively worked to resolve the issue! Would stay at one of their properties again. »

« Everything you need, we rent early November every year, it is very quiet at this time of year. It does need new Pans and Knives, for those who like to cook! »

« Took my son, his friends, and their dads up for a four wheeler trip. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub was nice too after a long day of riding. I highly recommend this place for anyone just looking to get away or if you like to ride ATVs/ORVs and/or snowmobiles. Trail access is just a couple of minutes from the property and they lead to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Northern Michigan. »
