Magnifique Lakefront Retreat situĂ© sur 2 acres privĂ©s et trĂšs boisĂ©s avec 200 pieds de façade sur le lac 27 "tous sports". Notre maison est situĂ©e Ă  moins de 1,6 km du Gaylord Country Club et Ă  5 km de Meijer. En 15 minutes, vous pouvez ĂȘtre Ă  Boyne Mountain, Otsego Club ou TreeTops. L'Ăźle Mackinac, Traverse City et Petoskey / Charlevoix sont tous Ă  moins d'une heure de route.
Les vues sur le lac sont magnifiques. L'eau chaude et claire et la belle plage de sable fin font de la baignade idéale pour tous les ùges. Votre famille peut profiter de l'utilisation des Stand Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Canoe, Trampoline Raft, etc. Le patio cÎté lac est électrique et est équipé de chaises longues, table de pique-nique et grill. Le grand foyer est idéal pour observer les étoiles, faire des smores et raconter des histoires.
Dans le lac de 112 acres, vous trouverez du doré, du brochet, de l'achigan et du crapet. Pendant les mois d'hiver, profitez de la motoneige, du ski de fond et de la raquette.
La maison est de 2800 pieds carrés et dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain pour répartir l'équipage. Notre nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et un nouveau gril à gaz font de la cuisine un plaisir.
Cheminée à bois dans le salon, TV HD avec Netflix disponible dans le salon et salle de jeux de niveau inférieur avec TV, réfrigérateur, table de billard, table de ping-pong, TV HD et bar avec bibliothÚque de CD. La chambre principale a une télévision HD. Il y a un garage pour deux voitures surdimensionné ci-joint.

Wonderful Home on Lake

This was our first time “up north” in a few years. The home was so inviting and clean. Beautiful views of lake with many ways of enjoying time on or next to water! Great area downstairs for playing pool or video games with kiddos or adults. Overall great experience!

Stellar Stay!

A family vacation tradition was started by staying at this incredible Lake house. We had such a wonderful time getting the cousins together at this lovely, spacious, immaculate property. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area very comfortable and the views beautiful from the decks to the lake. The kids all enjoyed the beach and learned how to paddle board and kayak. But, jumping off the dock was their favorite. The fire pit was perfect for a night of roasting marshmallows, storytelling, jokes and ukulele songs. Joe was a great host. He was very informative about day trips, local sites, stores and restaurants in Gaylord. This was the perfect home in Northern Michigan for making memories. We plan to return next year!

Lake 27 lake house is a gem!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property or the owner. House is better than the pictures. Lake is beautiful. Went at peak color time and the town/area are lovely. The downstairs bar/game area was a favorite of my kids. Joe was very attentive and even helped us to plan a wonderful day trip. Hoping there is another opportunity to travel to this property again some day! Thanks, Joe, for everything!

Wonderful fall Trip

Pure Michigan Delight

This lake home is exactly what summers in Michigan are all about. Our family of 7 spent a perfect three days enjoying the lake, water toys, campfire and all the high end amenities this home had to offer. Joe was a great with communication. We enjoyed a truly unforgettable Labor Day.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our extended family of 12 had a wonderful week at Lake Twenty-Seven. The house was perfect for my daughters and their families. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals (including an outdoor grill). The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with access to their own bathrooms. The pool table and ping pong table come in handy on that one day of rain. The views of the lake are beautiful. The use of their canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks were appreciated by all of the grandkids. In short, this beautiful property on a relaxing lake made our annual family trip a fantastic one!

A weekend to Remember!

We had an incridble stay at this location. A group of 11 guys comfortably slept at this location with the amazing lake view right out the window. After enjoying a long day at the office (golf course) we got to relax on the lake which was so calm it was like glass for most of the duration of our stay. The owner was great at communicating with us the entire stay if we had any questions and it was a very easy check in and check out process. I would highly recommend this location to any freidns or family heading our to this area. We loved having access to a few paddle boards and kayaks. A couple guys had a cold one in the middle of the lake and it was very relaxing. We were also greeted by Loone songs at night and in the moring which just added to the ambiance of being out in the woods. I personally had a great time and would love to visit again. Thanks!

Up North Home Away From Home

We stayed in earlyMay. Beautiful home. Beautiful setting. Beautiful view of Lake 27. This home is a one of a kind delight. It has everything one could ever ask for in an up north rental. First class kitchen with all the bells and whistles. An open concept so “the cook” feels a part of the group. Comfortable furnishings. Communication with the owners was seemless. Looking forward to a stay in the future in the summer months.

Fantastic!

The property and home were better then pictured and VERY clean! We were so happy with our stay and everything was as stated in his listing and then some. Not much luck fishing in this lake, but that's literally my only complaint!
