« A five star property and staff — some of the best food we’ve ever had traveling, and here it is in the Yorkshire Dales! Friendly, helpful staff to a person, every shift, every position. The historic manor house buildings are beautiful, tastefully updated to allow a glass-walled dining wing that looks out over the rolling green hills. It’s a stunning setting.
The bedroom is the only shortcoming. Peer facilities might offer visitors pillows of various stiffness to accommodate different sleepers’...

« Staff went the extra mile to accomodate our unorthodox arrival time. Room was small (we had been well warned!) but had everything we needed. Fresh milk provided with morning coffee - a really nice toich! »

« Asygarth Hotel is an amazing, the bar and amenties are furnished to a high standard. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff, and there is plenty of them are all welcoming and amenable. We had an evening meal in Palmers restrurant and breakfast too and both were delicious... We really enjoyed our stay »

« 5 stars are not enough for the George and Dragon - the absolute best care and hospitality can be found here! Such a gem in a beautiful village with so much history. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious and generous portions. Only place open for dinner in the evening so be sure to reserve! Highly highly recommend. »
