« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged. The shower gel, shampoo& conditioner were fine but no shower cap, shoe polish & other small convenience items found at other hotels (only small size body...

« Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay. »
