« Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and...

« Overall this was a 4.9. I’d come again. Just wish they had updated tv’s. Ones where you can enjoy the cable they offer or the ability to stream. Which they didn’t but other than that ( which is stupid to say ). They also have the longest pool hours I’ve ever seen! »

« The room was clean and the building was well kept. The only complaint I could have would be how humid my room was, being right next to the pool, so that's my bad really. »

« It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please. »
