Looking for a place to stay taking a fun trip to Gatlinburg. Look no further, this cabin Is located in the Gatlinburg Falls Resort and is 10 minutes from downtown. This is a 3-bedroom 4-bathroom cabin offering everything you need. Pull up to the entry porch and walk straight inside to a lovely place to call your home away from home. You will be greeted with brand new furnishings and a fully equipped galley style kitchen which leads to the open cozy living room. The dining area is perfect for you to gather for family meals and not miss a moment of the big game on the TV. Snuggle up on the sleeper sofa and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Looking for something to do in the evenings after dinner or on down time? Just head upstairs to play a round of pool at the pool table, a game of air hockey, or choose from one of the two arcade games. Enjoy a nice night cap out on one of the 3 decks before calling it a night. All bedrooms have Brand New Mattresses! When heading to bed choose from one of the three bedrooms offered. The main level master has a luxurious King bed with a private bath offering a shower/tub combo. This is perfect for the person or couple wanting easy access to everything. Giving you a great opportunity to sneak a nighttime snack from the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs. The two bedrooms on the lower level are both King suites with shower/tub combos. Need more sleeping for the kiddos, no problem let them choose from two sleeper sofas one in the living room and one in the game room or the twin bunk located in the upper-level game room as well. This property has all you need and more for your trip to the Smokies. No heat

No heat for our 3 night stay! One night it was in the 30's. When we called it was not deemed an emergency. We were all so cold!! Property manger will not return or calls or emails now, have reached out 5 different times since our stay.

Great getaway cabin

I visited the cabin with a couple of friends. We loved being able to spend time together in the kitchen and living room areas in the evening and also having our own private bedroom and bath. It was a little cool, so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the balconies enjoying the beautiful views. Our only issues were a stopped up sink in the main level bathroom and it seemed to need a good dusting. This is why I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed your cabin and will keep it in mind if we have opportunity to visit the area again.

Great cabin and great location

Overall this cabin was awesome- great space and very close to downtown Gatlinburg, making the trek between there and Pigeon Forge a breeze. We had a leak right upon getting settled that was addressed immediately, which was great. Only issue would be the TVs and Wi-Fi not working too well, which was only a pain at nighttime when looking to chill out after a long day. Didn’t ruin our trip by any means, but should definitely be looked into if folks had longer than a 2 night stay. Will definitely come back to the area!

Lovely cabin with minor issues

We have been booking Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge cabins for MLK weekend for the last few years as a mini family getaway with our 2 young kids. I always try to find us a cabin with a game room/arcade area for the kids and a hot tub with amazing views. This cabin seemed to fit the bill. The location is great and only a few minutes from Gatlinburg and about 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Super clean-our only minor recommendations for improvement would be to get the electrical in the game room fixed/re-wired. Everything is controlled by 1 switch, but with so many high powered items on one switch, the breaker kept getting overloaded and the fuse kept tripping. My husband tried to reset the breaker, but every time another game was turned on, it would flip again-which included all outlets and the TV. It made the game room/loft unusable, so the kids were very disappointed. We put in a work order with the Property Management company but no one ever came to check it out. Only received a call that we should try flipping the switch to “on” to get everything turned on. Otherwise, the stay was great, the hot tub was warm and the kitchen was well stocked. Would just recommend owners get a couple casserole/baking dishes-that was the only item we found not available for one of our meals.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The views were beautiful from all the decks. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was stocked with items to be able to cook dinner. The kids all enjoyed the upstairs game room.

Perfect for family vacay!

Comfortable beds, spacious cabin, well stocked kitchen fantastic location. We couldn’t get the tvs or the wifi to work, but we didn’t contact the office because it wasn’t important to us. We spent a lot of time up in the game room. Our kids loved it!

Amazing views

Wonderful cabin. Views are stunning! Very close to the strip and grocery store (if you go on Saturday be aware of longgg lines, as that’s when everyone is arriving) .The game room was a lot of fun. Beds were very comfortable. Couple of things to note: could use more outdoor seating/chairs. The grill is small but manageable. Overall we had a great time and would visit this cabin again!

We had an awesome time!

The kids love to game room. It rained most of the time we were there so it was great having something for the kids and also the adults loved the jacuzzi and the pool table. This cabin had beautiful views. It was a bit smaller than what we expected, but still beautiful. The only problem I had was with the cleanliness of some of the bathrooms. There was hair in the shower, on the toilet seat and on the floor. They did offer to send a cleaning crew but we had already cleaned ourselves. They really wanted to make things right. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Mountains/Soccer Getaway

Overall we had a great time and loved our stay at this cabin/house. Everything was just as listed. The size of the house and 3 floors were great to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Our 2 grandkids stayed in the top floor game room with bunks. And everyone loved that area. The hot tub on bottom porch was perfect after long days out exploring. The views from all 3 porches was amazing!! We all loved sitting out on the porches. The furnishings were all very nice. The 2 beds on bottom floors were as comfy as our bed on main floor but not horrible either. It is fairly easy to get to and close to town or Rocky Too sports where our son was playing soccer at. So that was nice. The area is nice and lots of other cabins around us with some noise but overall not too bad. The only negatives were the tub on main floor was very slow draining and backed up when showering. Some cracked tiles, wood trim and front porch steps are old and a little shaky. But didn’t change how we enjoyed our stay. There were lady bugs in the house but that didn’t bother us. Bring trash bags as there were only 2 and very thin. Everything else was as stated and pictures accurate. Check in and out was very easy! And we even had a call first night to check that everything was okay. That was nice. We would absolutely stay here again!!
