Hôtel de charme
Idéalement bien situé pour les golfeurs ou randonneurs. Très loin du centre ville ( 15 km ) pourtant très attractif. Calme et silence absolus jour et nuit. Golf incroyable, complexe mais tellement bucolique avec cette rivière qui serpente sans cesse. Végétation luxuriante dans cette vallée. Vaste salle de séjour et cuisine très équipée. Beau balcon vue montagne et golf.

Staff was kind and polite, room was clean, area was quiet and beautiful. I know there was at least one other family in a room across from us, but I didn’t hear anyone while in the room. It has more of a residential feel than a hotel feel. The bed was very comfortable and my daughter said the pull out sofa was pretty comfortable. If anything to suggest fixing: door lock at our room did have a slight issue with sticking and it could use some updating.

Rest and relaxation
We came here to relax and were able to do that! We ended up not doing the indoor pool as there were a lot of families in there but enjoyed getting to play pool inside as it was much too rainy and cold for outside activities! Our place had everything we needed for relaxing and it was so quiet too!

Weekend trip family fun!
Great quick weekend trip for our kids to see some snow. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough that we could get to and from within about 15 minutes. Clean rooms, nice staff, great amenities for the price! Will definitely be using this resort again.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the site was very pretty, and the indoor pool/hot tub were a big hit with my kids (and us adults too!) Would definitely stay here again

It was nice because it has a full kitchen, washer and dryer right in the unit. It also had a nice porch off of the bedroom. They do try to get people to attend a meeting to talk about a time share. We did not attend.

Disappointed
Our room was fine but Hilton vacations talked is into a"90" minute talk which lasted over 2 hours and were promised Hilton points. Well we finally had to just leave because we had traveled a long way to attend a football game we didn't want to miss and never received out points!!

Loved the stay. We had two rooms. There were options to cook relax enjoy. The bedroom was cozy and away from the sitting area. Balcony was there as well. Property was large. Nearby from Gatlinburg downtown. Easy access to many facilities and Smoky Mountains.

A beautiful property, friendly staff, clean, out and away from the traffic in Gatlinburg, yet close enough to it for family gatherings at restaurants, made our stay at Bent Creek pleasant beyond our expectations.

Our fall familiy visit
Liked to stay within green right beside the golf course. Property was nice and clean, well maintained, very quite. Improvment i see to add complete utensils/set in kitchen. Would suugest to upgrade the dishwasher . Very noisy. Overall it was all good and would love to stay again.

Great employees, super friendly and nice. Good location outside of all of the crazy traffic. Nice pool. Decent golf course. Nice grounds. Units have everything you need and are very clean. Second time we have stayed here and will not hesitate to return

Great place with great employees
Very nice place to stay. Employees are very nice and friendly. Unit very clean and well appointed. Has a lot of supplies and equipment that other condos I have stayed in don’t have. Nice pool area and grounds. Short distance to attractions and grocery stores.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc). The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car. You are very close to the Green Brier entrance of the Park, which is less crowded and has very nice hicking options. The only thing I would like to offer is some possibility of restauración inside the place: breakfast, lunch and dinner because you have the kitchen in the apartament but not always wants to cook; so instead of taking the car to go to Gatlinburg or the surondings dor dinner you would do it at the place without having to take the car.

What a great location. Nestled in the great smoky mountains on a golf course is this little village. 10 minutes from town of Gatlinburg and an easy ride to all the stores. The staff was wonderful and the condos were great.

Appreciated the new mattress on sofa bed. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. Enjoyed the porch although would ask to have porch off living area instead of bedroom next time . Very small Kitchen area but at least there was a kitchen. I was worried when I cooked because staff said the unit smoke Detector was extremely sensitive and I had to run the microwave fan on high (they said) to minimize any detection of heat. Overall food stay
