It is nice two bedroom/two bath condo within a walkable distance from the main strip. Easy parking and good security system. We stayed for two nights and throughly enjoyed it.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED. THE FRONT DESK LADIES WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE CONDO WAS PERFECT AND THE LOCATION COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED IN GATLINBURG AREA.

Excellent Weekend Stay
Excellent stay, place was very clean and met our needs. Parking was tight as we had the last parking spot one night, but everything was in good working order.

Liked everything about the place, very clean and the only think I would have liked was a number to call for a trolley to Gatlinburg and back. It’s a farther walk then I thought. Also larger tools for the pool. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

Two bedroom room
We had a two bedroom condo and it was fantastic. There is a lot of kitchen space and living room space. The bedrooms were pretty good size as well. The only downside about the rooms is that one mattress was super comfortable and the other one wasn’t. They were not consistent with their beds.

Luxurious stay
The place was excellent inside and out . Will stay again. Would be nice to have a key code on stairs door though , not everyone wants to wait for the elevator.

The room was really nice it was more than described the kitchen has everything we needed to cook for our special diets. Washer and dryer in room was great bonus downfalls was 2 things. First, unfortunately while we where there the hot tub in pool area was not working and they were waiting on part to fix it. Second, we had trouble with the WiFi on our floor they were trying to get it fixed but again we didn’t get it fixed during our time there

Very disappointed in my stay at this location. This was by far the noisiest place I have ever stayed at in Gatlinburg and one of the reasons I chose it was the quiet time rules from 10 pm to 9 am but quiet time was more like 2am to 7 am!!! I wanted WiFi and it never worked unless you were in hotel hallway. As far as advertising cable tv this is just basic cable absolutely no movie channels. I could have stayed somewhere else for half this price with more working amenities and for sure quieter. My worst stay to date in Gatlinburg and most expensive so very disappointed and this place needs to be patrolled or noise papers you sign needs to be enforced along with working amenities. Also pool was suppose to close at 10 pm and never did which was added noise!

We loved the space and rooms. The balcony for morning coffee and catching rainbows after the rain was very nice. I loved hearing the creek and walking distance to everything.

the rooms were so clean and the place was very comfortable the elevator was broken so you did not have a code to get in and Saturday night coming into the elevator there were people there that looked like they didn't belong

Family vacay
Our condo was clean and spacious. The pool was nice but the hot tub was being repaired during our entire stay. The location was good but really dark at night. Can be a little scary when walking back from the strip at night. There is not much of a nightlife within walking distance. Almost everything closes down by 11pm.

Best Trip!
Baskins Creek was wonderful. Perfect for large parties and it felt like we were right at home.We saved a lot of money by buying groceries and cooking, so we were able to enjoy more activities. It is placed perfectly and walking distance from the main strip. We are already planning our next trip.

Only downside was having to enter a eight digit code to access the elevator in order to enter the building. Memorizing the keyboard pattern made that much better than looking up the number on my phone each time.

It’s ok
The condo was clean and in a descent location. The balcony overlooked an old motel that has been turned into apartments for migrant workers. The cleaning staff were very loud while in the halls and cleaning other condos.
