Had to stay as a last resort and everyone else was sold out. The bed was not comfortable. It wasn’t dirty but the whole place smelled like week and smoke.

The front desk associate refused to check me out at 11 because she was upset that I didn’t stay the remainder of my stay. She decided to check me out at 1:45 pm so that the hotel could charge me a 50$ late check out fee. Luckily, i was a rational thinker and i made her provide me with a letter on the hotel’s letter head explaining why she was unable to check me out at 11 am. Her explanation was because the manager was the only person whom could do so, which was a lie. So i did get a refund AFTER contacting expedia. Never visiting here again.

I originally booked for a queen bed room ,but received a double due too overbooking but I could not sleep comfortably due too roaches in the room,and due too overbooking I could not get another room,I told the front desk I would like a full refund,and the gave me the email address too the GM I emailed him several times no response,finally I called back too the property and the message he left for me was he would not refund my money and post whatever pics I had and do whatever else I had too,so that let me know he does not care

Super disappointing
It was just okay. The room was clean enough but the matress was really thin a d ontop of nothing more than a basic metal frame, and I mean basic. There were only 2 pillows, both of which were paper thin. The bed covers were so cheap and thing a d kinda rough except for the sheets. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better bedding and pillows.

The first room we stayed in had roaches so they moved us to another room which had roaches also and the toilet didn’t work.

The property was chosen due to being extended stay and we wanted something home like. Upon checking in, we were greeted by an older female. The female started going through the motions. She then made a face and continued making the face when she found out we were staying for a night. She kept reiterating that this was an extended stay hotel. I said ma'am we are staying here for a wedding. She then reiterated that it was an extended stay hotel. She stopped checking us in to text on her cellphone and completely ignored us for about 2 minutes. The company charged my card prior and she proceeded to charge it once more although we told her I had paid. Upon receiving the key card, we went to the room to find it unkept in the bathroom. We removed the bedding and found a dead bug. When my boyfriend went to the front to ask for another room, I observed a roach climb the wall. The lady came back and was very unprofessional after I said I would like a refund. She slammed things and said well I can't rent the room now. She proceeded to contact her manager and the manager refused to give me a refund as she lied and said we were in the room for an hour. Proceeded to ask what we were doing. We had been unloading luggage and went searching once we saw the dirty sink and dead bug. After calling her out on lying, she issued a refund. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to and the lady at the front desk is unprofessional and rude even when you are respectful.

Door didn’t lock. Hotel says non smoking but entire room smelled like smoke. Beds were small, not enough towels for number of people in the room, would never stay here again- it was just very late and we needed a place to stay.

No AC, no cold fridge. TV channels not working. Not offered a new room. Not told no towels on day 2. Hours 10-4 not normal business hours to even get a clean towel. But sure worried to send someone to get my credit card for deposit for a regrettable day 2. Reported all issues but no corrections or apologies. Only thing good was shower head and water pressure to rinse of sweat from hot room.

I booked 2 days before my trip. My flight was delayed, instead 9:40 , we land at 11 pm After claiming my car seat, I arrive around 1:30 am, previously I called in the afternoon to know the process because FD will be closed . I called to 500, the guy was sleeping, very rude told me I did have a reservation and hang up. I called again, he said the same and hang up. I was traveling with a 17 months old baby, car seat and baby bag. I called him again, he said “ stop calling, I really don’t care that is 1:30 am and you are traveling with a baby, I don’t care” Horrible person, horrible. I was there overnight with a baby, just one stranger helped me to go to other hotel, I wish that guy that work the overnight July 14 get fired, he does not deserve to work in hospitality, rude person no manners.

Horrible- AC, TV and fridge were broke and reported. No one told us no towels 2nd night UNLESS between 10-4 you exchange them?? Bizarre and inconvenient. Should’ve kept separate reservation for 2nd for new room with clean towels and AC, TV and fridge working. Room so hot, set on 60 a joke. It was just so wrong! Lost all cooler foods of meats, milk and yogurt. Although or coldest.

I was very disappointed with my stay for several reasons, 1. The property never stated they didn’t have irons, I had to go purchase one from Walmart. 2. I never knew that housekeeping don’t come and change your linen or bring new wash clothes and towels, I had to go purchase that as well at Walmart. 3. The toilet was broke and kept backing up.. with these things going on here it was very unacceptable for my stay.

I was there at check in at 3:00 pm. No one was there to check me in and give me keys. Called all the customer service numbers with no answer. Waited until 3:30, had to get a room at the comfort inn next door. Will be requesting a refund from Woodbridge.
