The heart of the flat is on the ground floor; a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. The comfortable seating area invites you to relax in front of the TV and is cleverly separated from the inviting dining area and kitchen by a room divider.

The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the living area are a guest toilet and one of the bedrooms. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, you will find an ideal retreat and cosy spot for a good night's sleep.

A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with shower. A second entrance door gives you easy access to the cellar and the underground garage.

To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.

The flat Murmeli is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.
