« I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm⊠in my room the bathroom floor hadnât been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadnât been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep...
