« This property is gorgeous, with such interesting details. The only reason I didn’t give our stay a perfect rating is due to how difficult it was to find and we could have used tips on parking in the area. After driving around for a very long time, we chose a spot we weren’t sure of and got a ticket! If you are better at navigating than we Americans, then you will be THRILLED with property! »

« This apartment in beautiful Tivoli was our favorite 🤩 it was clean, and had all the modern touches we needed. I loved having a soft blanket after so many scratchy sheets My favorite time was my morning coffee over looking the gardens. Massimiliano was an amazing host! He immediately answered any need I had. He arranged 2 cars for us to the train station. He was kind, and respectful despite our language barrier. Thanks again! This was by far our favorite stay after traveling a month...

« L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien décoré et propre. Le propriétaire, voisin, est très prévenant et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec des aller retour à Rome en train (40 minutes de train). Plein centre du vieux Tivoli et très proche de la villa Adriana. »

« Clean rooms. Kitchen well equipped.Close to Tivoli downtown, many restaurants … 10 minutes walk from Villa d’Este and 5 minutes walk to Villa Gregoriana.Maurizio and Dino were amazing… there was an issue with my reservation , it was fixed in the best way possible. »
