« No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. »

« We love location, close to Duomo but no tourist around . Apartment is very spacious, nice bathroom and washing machine in closet.High ceilings in all rooms . Elevator or stairs, apartment is on second floor . Kitchen fully equipped for breakfast or dinner cooking.Check in , very easy with nice lady giving us keys for early arrival.
