« There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience. »

« This is a room in a student residence. On the one hand the staff is pleasant (though available only 30 hours per week) and the location is in a quiet, upscale, convenient neighborhood. There is plenty of heat, which the guest can regulate, which is not a given in London. On the minus side, the guest is offered nothing beyond a room that is clean and spacious upon arrival but not serviced during the stay. No soap, no cup. They give you a roll of toilet paper, but if you leave it at the toilet...

« La propriétaire est charmante et disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions. La location est très sympa et propre. Elle est bien située nous sommes venus à pied de Saint-Pancrasse. La prochaine fois on espère profiter de la terrasse ! »

« Magnifique séjour à Londres réalisé grâce à votre logement. Transport en commun à côté ( bus, métro, train...) , logement propre et parfait, tout y est. Merci pour les chocolats laissés pour notre arrivée, ils n'ont pas fait longtemps. Je dirai un petit bémol pour la literie du canapé du salon.sinon les autres lits étaient parfaits. Merci à vous. »
